Ich habe gerade Ethereum gekauft. Laut Informationen zur Transaktion sollte es zwölf Euro Gebühren kosten. Tatsächlich waren es 25 €.

I ordered 500€ worth of usdt. Which we’re to be transferred to my buybit wallet in The Application it showed that the usdt were sent but in my wallet I didn’t get any usdt and I am charged for 500€ in my bank account without getting any thing for my money.I treid to contact the help center the didn’t reply. I wrote an email to diese App they did not reply I tried to contact the help line it said that there is no connection to this number. The wallet address that I have provided is 100% correct. But still they have answered any of my appeals.
If my issue is solved I will update my review

Ich habe mir vorhin ETH gekauft, nach 30 Min hat sich mein Acc einfach gelöscht und ich habe mit der Selben Email, einen anderen Acc bekommen der komplett Leer ist.
Wie konnte das passieren? Ich würde mich über eine Rückmeldung freuen, am besten sogar eine Rückerstattung!
