Love the Advent Calendar and games. Very creative app and makes for engaging experience.
Can’t use it now though because of update. I don’t want to update. We paid for the old version and so now I didn’t even get to use the calendar because it won’t let me access anything.
Wants me to purchase it AGAIN

After 3 days, this app only partially works. I keep getting a window that says I must “ purchase the app” to use it, but I already did! Tried to do the help chat- never available. Emailed the help line- just got a response(8 days later!)that “ there’s no record of my purchase”, meanwhile I’m out $7.99 and they don’t care. I’ve used this Advent Calendar and the Country Cottage in prior years with no problems at all. This year is a HUGE disappointment. Won’t purchase their products again.
