My mother gave three people, including myself, the 2022 Advent calendar. The Jacquie Lawson would not let any of us log on, let alone open the calendar. Instead, I get a message saying that my logon and password (of 15 years) could not be found. I get an advent calendar every year and send dozens of e-card, but it seems like they lost or deleted my account. I sent a message to their support team three days ago, but they have not resolved this problem. I guess I won’t be able to complete the Advent calendar by Christmas Day. This is crummy support!

I started using the Advent calendar on my phone, but I was having trouble seeing it. So I downloaded it on my Mac. But now I have to start over with everything? Nothing transferred? How can I get my beautiful tree to transfer, without starting over again?

i have installed and enjoyed so far the London Advent Calendar. However, today , when I right-clicked to get the "administrator" , the calendar and all mention of it disappeared! No wallpaper icon, no widget, whatever! help! J.

Help!

I love the app (this is my 5th year getting the advent calendar - they’re always great), but I couldn’t for the life of me find today’s ornament (6 December), and on the 4th, the app didn’t let me find the ornament. It just appeared with the others. Today could be my fault - maybe I just didn’t see it, but i looked and looked and looked. Is this a glitch or am I just bad at this?? I finally ended up getting to appear with my other ornaments by turning off the feature that shows all the numbers days and tap EVERYWHERE on the screen. I never saw the ornament (I knew what shape I was looking for and haven’t had any trouble spotting them before), but after I finished my maniacal tapping, I checked the London ornaments section in my flat and there it was. If this is a glitch, please fix it. It definitely took the enjoyment out of today’s advent calendar session. Thanks :)

I used to love these advent calendars

I’ve always loved these calendars. Looking for (and “opening”) the daily ornament, playing the games, watching the town light up, seeing my customized “activities” show up (like snowflakes). Last year and this year, however, were quite disappointing. It has been much less interactive - few games (and none that show up later (like snowflakes, cookies, etc); no searching for the daily calendar to open, it simply presents itself each day; few activities; all the daily ornaments are simply videos that don’t even appear to show up later in the scene. And the music didn’t even change. All in all, it was quite boring. I’m sad, but I think I’ll go back to paper advent calendars next year or seek out a new online calendar.

Would not stay loaded

It started out great! Terrific games, lots of fun. But all of a sudden I kept getting an ad to buy the advent calendar which I already had purchased and was using. I could not get the ad to go away and trying to contact Jackie Lawson for help is impossible. They need to figure out a better customer Service plan because what they have now is complicated and confusing. It’s a great product but is not user-friendly For those of us who are not that good with computers and iPads.
