I have attempted time and time again to cancel my subscription. It is next to impossible because I have a new phone number and new email. I am requesting that you cancel my subscription as of today March 3, 2023. I have been trying to cancel my Zupp since 2019. They will not stop charging me and I have continuously reached out. This app is bullshit I’m still trying to get them to cancel my subscription 2 years later and in a totally different city.

In mid March 2020, when we all entered lock down; I contacted the team to state that I wished to pause my subscription as I obviously wasn’t going to use it during my quarantine. I even had a message confirmation proving so. Turns out regardless of how many times I’ve contacted the FSU team they still kept charging my account and no consideration for refund. Which at this point I don’t even care about getting money back. It’s just pretty vile and cruel to keep charging those even when they got the confirmation to pause their membership

This apps quality/deals varies between the months and there is a lack of consistency. When a new semester starts there are a ton more deals to get people to join but after that it’s the same deals from the same set of stores that only offer a different deal based on what day of the week it is. There were almost no good deals or presence of Zupp over the summer and it just didn’t feel like I was getting the same level of service that I initially signed up for. I used it a lot at first but stopped using it because I didn’t want to get the same deals all the time and now am ending my subscription with Zupp.

All the food and bar discounts are so worth the monthly fee. I’ve been using Zupp for over a year and saved over $200. I love the saving feature and the availability of all the places that Zupp offers.
