Hi, first of all, I want to say I love your game and have been obsessed with it for the past few days! Unfortunately, I seem to have run into an issue where the app will crash on the loading screen, locking me out of the game :( is there any way I can fix this? I am playing on an iPhone device

How to fix Usagi Shima app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Usagi Shima app on iPhone
Update Usagi Shima app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Usagi Shima iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Usagi Shima on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Usagi Shima network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Usagi Shima Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Usagi Shima not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Usagi Shima App
1. On android, goto Settings » Usagi Shima » click [Force Stop]

Update Usagi Shima to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Usagi Shima App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Usagi Shima » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Usagi Shima.

Fix Usagi Shima unable to contact server/ Usagi Shima internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Usagi Shima » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Usagi Shima » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Usagi Shima
