Server down

Server alows shows down.It needs to be improve.And AgraniSmartBankingApp will be more helpful if it include face id login option.Thanks me later.Ok!

Didn’t follow proper security protocol

I’m a bit worried about AgraniSmartBankingApp, as the authority who run AgraniSmartBankingApp is outsourced. They’re not bank employees, mean bank is not owner of AgraniSmartBankingApp . No thing prevails in any bank of the world. Please buy a app and run that solely by bank.

Upgrade issue

It’s telling me to update AgraniSmartBankingApp . But there is no updated version available in the appstore.

Very Disappointed

AgraniSmartBankingApp crashes every time after log in while taking photo. Please give me a fix regarding this

Worst Banking App

This is the worst banking app I have ever experienced. Here are a few annoying things about it:

1. When changing passwords, it doesn’t autofill using a password manager. If you minimize AgraniSmartBankingApp to copy the password, it won’t allow you to paste the password and make you type 24 random characters.
2. It doesn’t save the language preferences. Every time you log in, the language preferences reset.
3. When sending money, if you have only one account, it still wants you to select the account that should be selected by default.
4. The user experiences are confusing. The has the same/similar features listed in 3 different places.
5. It won’t let you change your profile picture.

I used AgraniSmartBankingApp for less than 24 hours and this is my experience.

Update Required!

There has a new version available hence it shows update is required. When I clicked to update it shows Open in App again! Not much user friendly! More interactive options needs to be e added.

Stupid app

After update the new version, password to be given and there is no option for OTP to be given and message showing OPT not been sent. I m having this problem in IPhone 10. This is really stupid.

Good Start but Needs Major Improvements

The Agrani Smart Banking App has potential but falls short of expectations. It doesn’t support receiving NPSB funds from other banks, though sending funds is possible. The mandatory password change after switching devices is inconvenient; a more user-friendly security feature like 2FA would help. Missing key features like bill payment and mobile recharge for all operators reduces its utility. While basic banking needs are met, AgraniSmartBankingApp needs significant updates to become truly “smart” and user-friendly.

Perfectly working with necessary all feature. But need to implement finger print login system so that we can skip the long password input.

The device change feature is currently unavailable. Please contact your branch for assistance. কি ধরনের ফাজলামি এগুলা? ডিভাইস চেঞ্জ করলে ভেরিফিকেশন করার অনেক রকম ব্যবস্থা আছে। বেশিরভাগ ব্যাংকিং অ্যাপ এখন ফেইস স্ক্যান করে ভেরিফিকেশন করে। এটা এমন কোনো কঠিন কাজ না।
