Yesterday I went to open your smart app and it said update required. Accordingly, I updated it but now I can't open it anymore. It just says please wait. Please tell me what to do now.
The device change feature is currently unavailable. Please contact your branch for assistance. কি ধরনের ফাজলামি এগুলা? ডিভাইস চেঞ্জ করলে ভেরিফিকেশন করার অনেক রকম ব্যবস্থা আছে। বেশিরভাগ ব্যাংকিং অ্যাপ এখন ফেইস স্ক্যান করে ভেরিফিকেশন করে। এটা এমন কোনো কঠিন কাজ না।

This is the worst banking app I have ever experienced. Here are a few annoying things about it:
1. When changing passwords, it doesn’t autofill using a password manager. If you minimize the app to copy the password, it won’t allow you to paste the password and make you type 24 random characters.
2. It doesn’t save the language preferences. Every time you log in, the language preferences reset.
3. When sending money, if you have only one account, it still wants you to select the account that should be selected by default.
4. The user experiences are confusing. The has the same/similar features listed in 3 different places.
5. It won’t let you change your profile picture.
I used the app for less than 24 hours and this is my experience.

Doesn’t allow device change option.
call on support also contact to branch manager but still pending 7+ days i can't access my account.

There has a new version available hence it shows update is required. When I clicked to update it shows Open in App again! Not much user friendly! More interactive options needs to be e added.
