Focus Tree iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Focus Tree app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Focus Tree app on iPhone
Update Focus Tree app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Focus Tree iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Focus Tree on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Focus Tree network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Focus Tree Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Focus Tree not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Focus Tree App
1. On android, goto Settings » Focus Tree » click [Force Stop]

Update Focus Tree to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Focus Tree App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Focus Tree » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Focus Tree.

Fix Focus Tree unable to contact server/ Focus Tree internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Focus Tree » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Focus Tree » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
