App doesn’t work

downloaded this this app app and tried to login and it won’t load the page after logging in, it just froze. I was hoping to get more projects looked at in my spare time. hopefully, they develop PlanHub and get it up and running. The web version is usable.

I was getting free invites to projects and downloads of plans on my old email . A rep named Julie helped me migrate my settings from my old email to my New email , EXCEPT the setting that gave me free access to download plans . That’s bullying and scummy . F u Julie
