I accidentally made a subscription on the OnSkin website and I would like it to be canceled and refunded

I wasn't aware that you had to have a subscription to use, im not going to go through with the free trial because that'll be a headache to have to remember to get rid of on time. When I saw in app purchases I was assuming that it would be similar to Yuka and would only charge for special privileges like item look ups and what not, not for paying for the ability to use the app period. Deleting now.

When you download the app it’s all free. Once you start the app you have to purchase a plan in order to use the app. That means you can’t find out if you like the app unless you buy a subscription. They offer a free week. I used that option to then realize it didn’t provide me a FREE WEEK at all. They bagged the whole year despite me cancelling the subscription within 5 min.

So basically I tried this on all of my skin care and it all said 49% safety and for example I scanned my Clinique and it said 49% safety level and I looked at the ingredients that the app said was in it and then I compared it to the ingredients on the back of the bottle and it did not say any of the ingredients that the app said the app said it could damage the skin but I have been using it for years and it has helped my skin a lot and I also have really sensitive skin and it has never hurt or damaged my skin. So I am leaving this review so that you know not to trust it and throw away good or expensive product that actually work well. I feel like this app is trying to get you to throw good products away and I scanned 1 product 2 times and it said at first 49% safety and then when I scanned it again it said 67% safety so that is how I know for a fact! That this app is a scan and before you go throwing good products in the trash please don’t. And please do not go buying the “premium” on this app this app is lying to people and recommending bad products.
