World of Warships Reviews

The crates even the free ones you get as a new player or existing player have no ships in them or it’s impossible to get ships. The game everything cost too much not just in the store but to obtain ships its expensive, there are penalties for each battles makes no sense. Keep in all these limitations are for a video game it’s not real life but these things are what’s making the game hard to play and less enjoyable. There are not enough free rewards or incentives to play the game. It’s an extreme grind for tech tree not enjoyable at all. Also the campaign ships is not even 2000 gold or 1500 it’s 2500 or more too high cost. The game is just not worth it it’s too boring and repetitive.

It's 2024, and the BIGGEST red flag a game developer could have is no keyboard/mouse or controller support. Why do companies insist on embarrassing themselves like this? No company should EVER make a game in this day and age without AT LEAST keyboard/mouse support. Very few people want to pick up an increasingly warm device and claw at the screen with their thumbs like some kind of animal. Yikes!!! Do better. Don't even respond to this review, just....do BETTER. For real, laziness shouldn't be rewarded, and it won't by me.

I have a feeling most of the reviews are gonna be paid Bot reviews or players that play on console or PC for too long and have been worshipping the war gaming company.
This game is BETA at best!
There is no easy way to connect to your console account. The UI for in game is atrocious and cumbersome. The game lags every time I fire my guns which causes the shots to land behind the target. And yes, I have very good WiFi.
This is just a joke and marketing ploy to bring more attention back to the console and PC games. This BETA is a embarrassment to the actual gameplay and mechanics of console and PC. Yes, they could try to add more updates and ships. Yes they will add more incentives to get more downloads. Doesn’t change the base of what WorldofWarships is. BETA trash that was not fully thought out. It’s 100% just a marketing ploy to bring attention back to the console game.
Don’t waste time or your money.

I am absolutely fed up with the games nowadays tracking our data it is ridiculous. They either overrun you with advertisements or like this game you can’t play unless you agree to sign in with Google or Apple and at the bottom it says in small letters “By clicking an option you agree to our terms” nice try wrong person . I don’t want my rights violated just so you can give me personalized ads at some point this has to be violating people’s privacy . Seriously, if you can “track our data” imagine what else your company can see on everyone’s phones . I will never play games that track my data . Every year you big game companies like this either give a little more ads or start tracking our data everytime yall try to see what you can get away with and it’s honestly disgusting .

The gameplay on Blitz feels better theres no way around it the ability to fire your second battery manually along with many other things but the lack of clutter and constant micro transactions pop-ups on legends is refreshing but thats just it the fun stops there in the menus... I don't care if you're a warship god once you play this you become a mobile bot nothing but cannon fodder as all you're shots go right over or under the ship no matter what distance you're are at its like they are programmed to miss coming from 2-5 ships sank games to 15k damage and MABEYYY 1 fire started (forget about one ship sank let alone 5) it just doesn't feel right playing on console pc and blitz you feel like you can make a difference playing legends mobile I feel like a handicap to my team

I saw this game on WorldofWarships Store and decided to try it and it’s bad. The game controls and mechanics are difficult and makes the game feel very hard to play. Plus it’s not smooth and feels unplayable to me! I wish it was better but seems to not be better than pc or console version. I was looking forward to play it on mobile. And I can’t link my PlayStation account it keeps logging me out!

After tier 4, you will be facing one or two tiers higher than you which is insane and the DMG is absurd how much the torpedoes and battleships can obliterate into oblivion as if the devs and 5 years game professional that have played the game since day 1 in the PC into mobile want you uninstall the game!!! Great fantastic visuals but absurd, painfully, and excruciating frustrating to play at high SKILL ceiling to play this game and PAY to win like any other Wargaming game as usual. Tiers 5 to tier 8 and then tier 9 that you have to "research in the bureau" is NOT an easy game. No idiots allowed to play this game. 2/5 stars.

This game is an excellent representation of a game that isn’t pay to win. World of Warships legends is overall really fun. However, one of the main problems is that they’re more focused on bringing new ships into the game and not trying to solve problems that other tech trees face. The most notable is Japanese cruisers (Heavy cruiser or old cruiser branch). This aging tech tree needs a massive rework for it to be relevant in the meta. They also are neglecting aircraft carriers and we’ve so far have seen not even a attempt of introducing the carrier branch to mobile player which over all really limit this games player activity rate in the mobile sector. I hope the developers fix these issues and start paying more attention on what they have on their plate instead of adding new things.

Really great port of a great console game, just one problem, you can’t play as a carrier! Otherwise a 5/5 game, I would totally change my review if they ever do make that change and let us play aircraft carriers on mobile, I just hope that is in the works of features they will bring at some point. If you aren’t a carrier main just be careful because some premium ships are also unplayable on this version, but if you are a non carrier ship tree player, this is literally the perfect port.

Hello! The game is really fun is I am so one who plays both tanks blitz and warships blitz, but my game freezes randomly and it’s because of the game lagging though I have full bars of WiFi. Or it might just kick me out. The game offers you to have a real experience of what was like back in the old days. This game should be recommended to a lot of people. But they shouldn’t have their game freezing when they have good WiFi or even get kicked out randomly. Also I do have to add that the bureau projects are really nice. It can teach you how each ship his slowly built and placed with their equipment. That’s all I have to say! I hope this issue could be fixed. If not I’ll still be battling other people as normal. Thank you!

I’d played about all types of ships Destroyer, light cruiser, Heavy cruiser, and Battleships those unique Ships have there own types of skills. I very like this game but theres only one problem. Aircraft Carriers are not available i was sad, I love playing A.Cs. But so far the game is very fun the graphic and the trackings are cool.

I wish that A.C will be add soon in the future

I thoroughly played WOW Blitz so when I learned that Legends was coming to mobile I was excited and Legends has not disappointed. Only issue I am having is screen button placement, I would like to have custom button screen placement. Also please address button touch sensitivity. Sometimes game is not registering me pressing the button. For example I am trying to turn and it’s not registering my press, so I end up running into an island. Hopefully developers will address those issues.

I used to play this game a ton on my Xbox. The mobile version is hugely nostalgic and a ton of fun, especially after linking my Xbox account. The graphics are fantastic and gameplay is a blast (be ready for a GRIND though). The biggest selling point of this game is the realistic aspect, it is awesome for any die hard naval history fan. Being my favorite Wargaming game I’m so excited, but the one drawback is lack of controller support. It is super weird playing without one and the new UI is reasonably difficult to manage. Bringing on controller support will take this game to the top tier, but for now it is still imperfect.

This is an actual better version of wows blitz. I am amazing by this remarkable masterpiece. I think that this game should let players who played with tier 4 or above ships in wows blitz or wows PC to receive exclusive items. Maybe like gold, redeemable codes, credits etc.

If you have the console version (which you should) this is a must. It makes managing your dailies and bureau research very easy. It’s difficult to go against the console players on a mobile platform. Overall a great mobile experience. Would recommend. Be aware of the micro transactions that go along with every wargames game.

having played the PC version and blitz, this one is def better than blitz and equal to PC. Only real issues are hopefully fixed when mobile gets updated to have more of the console stuff, and PvP is just unfair with 1 team having a bunch of guys who show zero interest in teamwork fighting a team who show GOD TEIR teamwork. It really is a big issue for new players like me who are trying to have fun and grind a bone stock Nevada

The game is stunning and fun, don’t get me wrong, but the only issue that I have with it is the fact that you can’t have an option to turn off/adjust the sound/music settings, as the previous game on mobile for world of warships had this feature, and the music in the base game for me is a little distracting

I think the game is great! Works wonderfully, Very fun and just like the console version. However, my backbone controller for my phone isn’t supported by the game. It would be amazing if the game could support it. But all and all an awesome game!

As for graphics and boat selections it is a very good game but that is the only reason I gave this a 4 star review it is a bit confusing with all the aiming and stuff like that also with commander’s like how the certain themes. I’m personal very bad at the game for 2 reasons 1. I play this on mobile 2. I play against people who have experience with these kind of games so in conclusion if you want to make an enjoyable game make sure to teach the player about some things

You should add the feature where we could move the fire button and the other buttons since we could possibly accidentally hit but also I like how we can continue the bureau if we can’t be on the console

It’s great on console and it’s freaking good on mobile too. The graphics and sounds are good everything about it is great it’s an exact replica of how it is on Playstation it even allows you to connect to your account and pretty much continue ur progress so ur not stuck to ur console anymore BUT I only have one request for the Developers. If you could add a layout edit feature just because sometimes the shooting button for the main guns get in my way when I’m swiping to look around and I keep accidentally firing. That would be awesome but aside from that I love it! If you like war simulators this is the best of the best I freaking love this game🤠

I’ve been playing on PlayStation since the beginning so I was curious to see how the mobile game performed. It’s actually really well polished. The mobile client is a lot better than blitz in several ways but the biggest difference one will notice right away is the graphics. The graphics are very impressive and controls are well thought out. However, support for controller and other in game features would be very nice, such as detection range and other distance values being on the screen somewhere. It’s refreshing that a game developer created a polished game on release with well thought out designs and I look forward to seeing how much this version grows.

The game has come a long way but after the update with the carriers it made the whole experience better it feels that you are actually playing on a console with touch controls.

When I downloaded this game I wanted my console progress on here and it was really easy to do and something that is harder to do playing other games.

The reason this game is 5 stars for me is because I played this game on Xbox for 2 years. 2 years have I been playing this game and enjoying it every single day. This game is really fun it has cool events that come out every once in a while. And there are so many different ships from each nation to choose from plus new lines of ship types being added in every once in a while. Not to mention the legendary warships as well which are a big part of the game as well. Thank you legends for bringing this game to mobile as well!!! Im going to get back out there and turn the tides!!!🫡🫡🫡

I’m blown away from day one of how accurate and on point this game is compared to the console version. I mean I wish I could transfer my Xbox progress but I have no problem starting over from here because of how well this game has been ported over so far. Keep it up WG. I’m probably done with wow blitz because this is way better.

I’ve only played the mobile version for a day, but it’s amazing. I’ve played blitz since release and legends on console before, and this version is basically a the same exact thing from the console version. Pacing is essentially the same and the game feels like an update to blitz with great graphics, maps, and overall feel.

Hallo this is going to be my honest review on this Mobile port version of the Console Game World of Warships Legends, I’ve been playing the Console Version on Xbox for 2 years now, and am absolutely in love with the game, I love the engaging Naval Battles, the Maps still need work though especially for higher tier and mid tier ships, I’d also like to have access to more home ports similar to the ones we have over on Console, I’d also like to see additional weather improvements, such as more inclement weather like heavy rain stormy seas and and actual thunder and lightning effects that you can see and hear. There are no real downsides to either the Mobile version or the console version I love them both equally, however their is one thing I’d really want for the Mobile version and that’s Controller support, as great as this game is the standard controls are a lil stiff and not entirely responsive.

I’ve been excited for this to come out on mobile since I play on console. I’m so glad that you can sync your progress from console to mobile so you don't have to start over. Amazing game!

I didn’t think it that it could be done, but they did it. Legends has been translated into a functional, sharp looking mobile game! The only issue is the lack of controller support. This places mobile players at an inherent disadvantage against console captains as mobile and console all play together. I will take the dev’s at their word regarding controller support is in the works and give it a full five star rating on faith. The game is truly a remarkable achievement in mobile gaming. 👍

The game is perfect! I play on pc (played for 200 hours) but I wish that mobile gets to have submarines since you guys didn’t add them to Blitz but war thunder on the other hand does have them so many people might have started playing that game

I have around 900 hours on wows legends for PlayStation and I am absolutely thrilled that there is a new mobile version. Now I can progress my bureau projects and participate in mobile exclusive rewards. I would appreciate if Bluetooth controller support for mobile was added in a future update.

I’ve been a WoWsL console player for a long time and was skeptical about how the mobile version would work, but I have been able to play comfortably and confidently using the mobile controls!

I feature I would like to see implemented in the mobile version is seeing how far your rudder is shifted while turning, just like the console version.

Almost all the whole game is good, the small problem is the graphic is slow and fps too, I think you should improve the graphic cuz 7gb is heavy and making graphic better is a good idea.

I downloaded this game skeptically, since I have had a bad history with war gaming. I still got it since I enjoyed the game on console, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. It has probably the best graphics for a mobile game and it’s so unbelievably satisfying to broadside a enemy ship with a battleship. I can’t wait for them to take add the aircraft carriers into the game. Hopefully they don’t ruin it like so many mobile games

so im big fan of world of warship legends i watch videos about the game and all but i wonder how the aircraft carrier’s are gonna turn out im hoping if it turns out like the way it should be for tvs i like to bomb and torpedo enemy ships as an aircraft carrier! i like to drive the planes, once they’re added to the game i can’t wait to drive the planes on my first time! and can you try making the planes of the battleships to do the same thing like the aircraft carrier’s sorry if you can’t understand me well im not good with English

Love the game—play on console regularly. I also liked the daily rewards and would have liked to see more of that than the introductory two weeks. I think many have said this, but controller support would be stellar—I play on PS5, and being able to use my dual shock would be great. I’m sure that’s partially what’s holding back carriers coming to Mobile. The controls are good, sometimes there’s a delay between fire button and actually doing that, but may be a connection thing as I can’t reproduce it. I’m stoked that in some spare time during the day I can hop on, refresh my research bureau, and do some daily missions. HUGE QoL improvement. For a mobile version, I think this is pretty good, and the dev team set the bar high on this one.

Finally, we have World of Warships Legends on mobile, and I’m so excited to try it. I’ve been hoping for this to come for a long time, having played it on my console. Now, it brings such great visuals to my phone. And let me tell you, it’s even better than I imagined. The sea looks absolutely stunning, with waves crashing against the ships as they maneuver through the battles. Speaking of ships, they’re fantastic – each one feels unique and powerful. World of Warships Legends on mobile is truly an awesome experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for thrilling naval warfare action on the go! I hope there will be a lot of updates in the future as well. Thanks!

I have always wanted to play this game so bad on console but I never had one so i stuck to WOWSB but this game came out and I LOVE IT! good graphics good everything and i don’t have no issues which gameplay (can I get the Alaska for free👍👎?)

When I’m playing the game it’s really fun and everything like that and how it should be, but when I try to download the full game it keep on failing and I’ve done everything I can do but it just won’t work. All that said this is a really good game and I hope to see it grow more
