The first song on my playlist keeps repeating all the time. Even on shuffle mode

It has so many ads as soon as I click on something there’s a ad. When I open the app ad, when I click download on a song, ad, when I click on a song I want to listen to,ad. I’m seriously thinking about deleting it.
