I’m glad that there’s an app now, instead of having to go through the website anytime I want to this app my textbooks. However, I can’t even log in to be able to use it. I already have an account and am able to log in online, but every time I try to log in on Access it says “Unexpected response from the server.”
App logged me out, lost all my reading progress, and the search function won't find the book anymore. It is still present on the desktop site. I tried adding to favorites on desktop so I could resume reading on Access , but they won't sync.
I can’t even login to my this app pharmacy account through Access even though my login is just fine on the website. Every time I put in my information, an error message shows up and nothing happens. At least try to fix this please cause otherwise, its useless.
Access is a great idea but it needs some improvement, the book does not appear in the whole screen, than im not able to find the books im looking for, i deleted it once now im trying i again i wish it works this time
I reset my password 3x but still can’t log in. Created a new account and still can’t log in! I need to view my textbooks. Please fix this asap!
Used Access for months and after recent update copying any text crashes Access .
Access is not working!!!!
I downloaded Access in hopes that it had a better audio function than on the website (the website doesn’t allow you to save progress or continue from where you want, the one they have makes you press each paragraph cause it doesn’t continue on it’s own). But there’s no robotic audio option for any of the textbooks like they have on the web browser. It should be a pretty easy thing to implement but it’s not there as of yet. A little disappointed as it was also very hard to figure out what my username was since the email never got sent even though I added it to the safe sender list.
App works, it’s quick and super convenient but when I’m reading and have to scroll backwards, the top bar heading drops down and messes the page layout by a significant margin causing me to loose orientation. Not the end of the world but when I’m skim reading it becomes increasingly frustrating. If there was a toggle option for this, it would be an easy 5/5 for me.
Doesn’t seem to want to search anything. Additionally, favoriting from the browser doesn’t carry over to the mobile app.
At MLA detroit said iPad optimization was coming…can’t wait…
Can now browze table of contents of books, still need browse all books by subscribed module
Thx!
UPDATE: Developer responded in appropriate time and app is now working again.
App is very useful for reading on the go and being able to favorite different books, different chapters, and highlight. I do love that you can also even favorite figures and tables for a quick reference. If you don’t want to be online, it does allow you to download chapters. Overall, would recommend.

Prior review: Unfortunately, app logged me out recently and since then, even when I logged in, my favorites are erased, I can’t search for books, and any book I open shows an error message of item not available. It does not happen when I log in on website
