Access A Doctor Reviews

I tried to ignore the reviews and used this service while being sick due to being afraid to go to doctors while Covid 19 is around and the “doctor” I spoke to was rude and didn’t prescribe or help me at all. He simply said we’ll drink liquids and have a great day. All the staff I spoke to was so unprofessional and not helpful as well as management. Do not use them, they just take your money!!! They are all false representives! I was suppose to get a phone call from higher corporate, and it never happened.

The doctor hung up on me after sharing sensitive information with him! Very unprofessional! Also do not pay for any services with them, they can not give you any information about your visit with the doctor. So all of your personal information is up in the air for anyone apparently...

Waste of money, and a waste of time. Even if you don’t have symptoms of Covid, you can’t get a sick note without a test for it. I had to call a 900 number to even access the service, because AccessADoctor wouldn’t let me enter a pharmacy.

Don’t waste your time on AccessADoctor. Literally spent 20 mins inputting info and then it doesn’t let you proceed after adding payment information. It’s spam.

I haven’t been able to access a doctor because AccessADoctor keeps crashing on me.

App opens right up and easy to navigate. Able to enter my meds & surgery dates to build out my medical history. My back up to Medicare Advantage plan.

The platform does what it’s supposed to do. Easy access to a provider that will provide necessary care.

Great support from my provider

Great app!

I used it once. The Dr was very helpful with advice. Didn’t need a prescription for what I called for. I was able to print his consultation report off immediately and send it to my primary care Dr.
Well worth using these guys.
