“Sorry we cannot process your request at this time” - is the only outcome of SYNLABAccess for over a month. It’s been at least three updates since I first downloaded it but still no sign of getting this fixed ever.

When I tried creating a password it kept giving me an anonymous error so tried a few passwords and same issue. Turns out the first password works but there is a super basic error in their UI

SYNLABAccess is just a waste of storage. Logs me out every time I try to make an appointment. Restarted the phone, deleted and re-downloaded SYNLABAccess nothing helps.

Not able to log in and use the app

Same issue reported by another user in May. Apparently it has not been fixed. The error message that pops up after SYNLABAccess asked me to create PIN: “Sorry we cannot process your request at the moment”. So, SYNLABAccess cannot be used.

Hard to be useful if you can’t even log in

Like others, I can’t even get it to let me log in. After entering the username and password, I got the SMS message associated with my account - so far, so good. Then it asked me to enter a PIN, and then that was the end of the road - it just errors out and can’t proceed any further. So, yeah, doesn’t actually do anything if users can’t even log in.
