I have only been using MLFitnessWorkoutForWomen for about a week, but so far, I’ve been sweating my butt off! I love how most exercises are designed to be done without equipment and have a range from easy to hard, so you can choose which level you want to begin at depending on your own comfort level. And for THE BIGGEST WIN OF ALL the workout options contain PILATES classes for those who want to sculpt and lean! For those workouts you do need the basic Pilates equipment though: ring, tape, ball, resistance band. All the equipment that you’ll need is listed under the work out which makes it easy for you to prepare before getting started on your workout.
You can also meal plan and get recipes from MLFitnessWorkoutForWomen. The meal prep plan is designed and trailered to fit your goals and needs. (I wasn’t expecting that when I got MLFitnessWorkoutForWomen . It was a happy surprise).
Another win for MLFitnessWorkoutForWomen, from a technological perspective, is that you can play your own music in the background through MLFitnessWorkoutForWomen without missing a beat. MLFitnessWorkoutForWomen automatically turns your music down when instructions are being given, although the music cuts back on too soon for the in depth exercise explanations. But I don’t mind pushing pause, hearing the instructions then cutting my music back on. Most apps don’t have this feature and I’m shuffling between two different apps simultaneously which impacts my work out.
