Their explanation is speculation by resellers.
UZ make returns possible only in person otherwise charge 50% of the purchase price and you will not have this problem.
If you’re making this app the only place to buy certain tickets, MAKE SURE IT DOESN’T RANDOMLY CRASH

It’s bad enough that only one car is available for purchase on Kyiv-Vienna train, if the app crashes while you make the reservation, you can’t get ANY tickets at all
