If you have another 2fa app like google, you can’t import the codes. Pretty annoying as they don’t make that clear until after you pay them. 4.99 wasted on an app that thinks you’re starting to secure logins the day you download it

I am having an extremely hard time signing in to an account that I have to have. Says it needs a QR code but says I’m not un authorized. Can’t find answers on locating this QR code and locked out of my account.

This subpar game needs to refund all player that paid for the game their money back or free digits credit for the beta play testing that should not have been sold to the public. All the glitching game stopping loss if time in the pursuit of happiness but always end up dissatisfied and disappointed with the game performance and quality of your product. Always stealing containment points perks whoever pushed this product needs to have a class action suit against them from this constantly updating to worse gameplay money gouging grab.

META used my card for an authenticity codes now they suspended my account for something I didn’t do. My business is also tied to my personal page and no way to fix this.

Awful app worked good at first but then didn’t need it for awhile. Logged back onto it today because I need it to sign into something and all the sudden there is nothing there.. so now I’m just locked out of that account.

Paid for Authenticatorapp using my iPhone through Authenticatorapp Store. Downloaded it , then when I opened it and started to set it up, it kept trying to get me to pay for it. Again. I have the receipt with apple and my credit card company, but Authenticatorapp won’t let me do anything if I don’t pay for it again. Complete waste of money and time. I’d give it negative stars if that were an option.

I used your app for my paxful 2fa. I just realize you guyz deleted my account and now I cannot sign back in on my paxful

Authenticatorapp works 50% of the time. Ive officially downloaded a different Authenticator as a backup because I cannot trust Authenticatorapp, and I need it for work purposes.

Authenticatorapp has never worked for me since I left my former company. I have given up on trying to make this work. It’s a waste of time.

as usual, if you are a Mac user anything Microsoft doesn't work. Money grubbing business...they want to charge you to use their crap.

Account information is hidden and not readily available. Very difficult if not impossible to cancel the service

Surprisingly i can’t seem to recover any of my codes after i accidentally deleted them even after you pay I’m soo mad now i lost so many accounts

I am not an IT person. Just a person with a simple mind. At this point your instructions may be simple to some but I am not able to program the authenticator. There has got to be a simpler way.

Authenticatorapp is a complete waste of time and resources. the fact that Rippling speak volumes about their security philosophy.

I should GET a NOTICE that’s new keys was issued. But no I have to manually unlock the phone, OPEN the stupid app, give biometric scan and THEN after wasting 2-5 minutes doing I finally a stupid lame 6 character number.

I have made every effort to get this 2F Authenticator to work for me. I’m not sure if Authenticatorapp is known as, “Google 2F Authenticator” or just “2F Authenticator.” I’ve never seen a QR symbol, so I opt for a six-digit number I was supplied out of a list. It’s not clear if all the six-digit numbers are valid, so I just copy one at random and paste it. The final issue that is unclear is which of my two email addresses I should supply. I’ve tried modifying the name of Authenticatorapp , I copy a six-digit code and paste it where I believe is the only place that makes sense, but I am never successful. I wish I had never opted for this 2F authenticator app, indeed I wish I never opted for a sign-in process that requires 2-factor authentication in the first place.

I emailed so many times but didn’t get enough help and my issue is not solved yet

I am trying to have my websites show in English rather than Russian. The troubleshooting led to installing Google Authenticator, which costs. Seems like I shouldn't have to buy authenticator in this instance and that I shouldn't have to spend $70 in the process. Seems unnecessary and costly, hence two stars for confusion

I keep getting stuck with a « scan QR code… » message, which I can not figure out

It was great until I got locked out because of a phone reset and I can’t seem to recover my information for Authenticatorapp and am now locked out of everything.

I purchased the lifetime and was charged and I don’t have unlimited inputs also gets stuck on the Face ID and repeats

I’m pretty sure Authenticatorapp help is tell the codes if we ever need help if we get logged out or hacked from an account you own so Authenticatorapp has really helped me whenever I need help when I need the codes 😁
