Kyte Baby Reviews

First, I want to say I love the clothing. My furnace children in the humid south live in bamboo and it has been a godsend. However KyteBaby is currently a miss IMO.
1) Although I can login to my account, it tries to tell me I need $250 for free shipping. Not sure why it has a different amount than the website. It does give me free shipping for the correct amount for my status when I check out, but maybe fix KyteBaby to reflect that like the website?
2) Trying to pay with a gift card and it tells me not eligible/already redeemed but it still displays a balance and works on the website.
3) It doesn’t give me the option to sign up for back in stock emails like the website does.
4) As others have mentioned, they don’t put a line or grey out boxes for out of stock sizes so you have to tap each one to know.
5) If you want to go to a new category, you have to hit the back button a BUNCH of times to get back to the collection page. Would help to have the drop down always available or a home button to quickly get back.

Pros: it’s aesthetically pleasing and pretty easy to navigate other than issue number 5. But until they fix it so it’s actually useable from a shopping perspective, I’ll be sticking to the website for actually purchasing.

There have been a few changes that have dropped my rating significantly - 1) I have noticed in my recent pieces the stitching on the shoulders is starting to come undone and requires me to fix (I wash as instructed and hang dry), 2) the rewards/loyalty program changed where you get more points the more you are active on social media platforms - I am a mom trying to get rid of social media and this new form is trying to enable MORE screen time, 3) In the old loyalty program, my status allowed me to spend $50 to achieve free shipping, now it requires I spend $250 for free shipping, 4) there is no visual cue on KyteBaby when a piece is out of stock - you must first click on the size only in order for it to prompt “email when available”. A line through, a shaded out, or removal of that size option would be helpful when trying to quick purchase.

The bamboo products for babies is of the highest quality. There is nothing like it on the market. If you have a child with sensitive skin you will especially want to use all the clothing from Kyte Baby. Customer Service is quick to respond and very helpful. I look forward to new drops each month. I have 2 grandsons and two more on the way. It will definitely be a fun time at Gigi’s house with all the Kyte cuteness on all the boys. Thank you!

I loathe that both on the website and on KyteBaby you can’t tell when size is out of stock. Also hate that when you switch prints for the same item it defaults back to the smallest size. Navigating different products and prints is clunky. You end up having to hit the back button a million times bc you have to clear out from every single time you clicked to preview a different print of the same product. Super annoying.

I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of clothes or the company in general. They are always coming up with ways of bettering their company and keeping the customers happy. I am in love with their clothes and I can’t say enough great things about them. I have to sometimes refrain from getting stuff because I can’t control the love I have for the clothes!!

My daughter was co sleeping and waking up every few hours to breastfeed up until a few weeks ago when our friends introduced us to Kyte! She let me borrow a romper and a sleep sack and since my daughter has slept In her crib for 12 hours straight every night! We are obsessed with this brand and love that it also helps with her eczema!!

I’ve been shopping through the Kyte website for a few years but I love how KyteBaby making browsing super intuitive and easy to find stuff that you might be looking for! So much better than browsing on the website. I haven’t bought anything yet so hopefully the buying experience is just as great.

We haven’t found a single item from Kyte that we haven’t absolutely loved. It’s so nice to have a variety of things from day wear to pajamas to sleep sakes and even some items for mom and dad - all of which are extremely comfortable but stylish. They are effortless looks with quality that lasts! We’re Kyte customers for life!

It’s started with a desperate mom trying to get some sleep and finding these soft sleep sacks and it turned into an obsession!!!! We LOVE this app. My kids also have incredibly sensitive skin and nothing has been better for their skin than wearing this app every day. Ying and her team are incredible!!!! Buy this app, you’ll never regret it!

You can't use it during drops and most of the time whenever you get a notification that something is in stock, it shows unavailable in KyteBaby so you wind up having to go to the website anyways. It also doesn't save the form of payment. Guess that's a good thing for drops, but still annoying even just casually shopping. It is new, so hopefully the developers can work on addressing these things that impact overall functionality of KyteBaby .

Had to do a review because I LOVE this company. My daughter is 15 months old and I’m not ashamed to admit that she has never worn any pajamas other than Kyte baby pajamas! The products are amazing both in comfort & style. The quality is great, the company is great, and the rewards are a bonus too! Hands down the best.

I’m in love with everything Kyte Baby!!! Rompers, bibs, sleep bags, crib sheets, changing pad covers & blankets AND jogger PJs for mama - incredibly soft, vibrant covers, superb quality! My daughter is now 16 months and I continue to use these items over & over while purchasing more & more. Grateful they have such an awesome reward program too!

I have been buying my son’s clothes from Kyte since he was a newborn and they are the absolute best and most comfortable clothes/pajamas I have ever purchased! The colors and prints are BEAUTIFUL and the quality is excellent. I have not been disappointed with any purchase. We love Kyte Baby!

Kyte baby is great for children with eczema. My son has been using it since birth and it’s one of the only clothing brands he doesn’t have an reaction to. Also the prints are so cute, it honestly is an addiction buying each new color and print drop. They are my favorite.

I have ordered kyte baby in many different styles and I am obsessed with all of them! From baby wear to adult wear! The prints & solids are the cutest! I love how soft everything is! I ordered the wrong size for myself once & it was SUPER easy to exchange! Customer service was awesome!

Wish I would of known I loved these so much before I bought all the other clothes that will never be worn! Once you see the quality and feel you will never want to go back to cotton clothes.

Difficult to navigate. Bugs (doesn’t calculate amount required for shipping correctly, keeps prompting to recognize Apple Pay, sometimes won’t load check out items correctly, says an item is sold out but allows you to add to cart, and others) Looking forward to KyteBaby getting updated and smoothing out the glitches.

It’s not hard to navigate through, and pretty convenient not always having to log into the website so often! I love it.

I am obsessed with the softness of Kyte baby! They are so cute and last for longer than you think because they are stretchy. Great product and will be buying more!

I am OBSESSED with kyte baby, and have been since my little one was 3 months old. But now that he’s older, I need them to offer kyte baby toddler pajamas in more colors. The summer 2022 collection was gorgeous but didn’t offer LS toddler PJ’s and I was so disappointed because that’s all he wears under his sleep sacks.

I first discovered Kyte baby shortly after the birth of my first daughter in 2019. I have nothing but great things to say about Kyte products. All three of my children sleep in Kyte exclusively. My husband says I created monsters. And I can’t judge because I too refuse to sleep in anything other than the Kyte jogger sets. I wear the cardigans over my scrubs. My children sleep on Kyte sheets, covered in Kyte blankets or zipped into Kyte sleep sacks. I love the colors and the endless patterns/prints. Kyte has become a staple in all my newborn gift giving. Everyone should try Kyte because honestly there’s nothing better!

Love the feel of the material. Was super excited about my purchase. I bought it a couple weeks ago but my son didn’t weigh enough to use it right away. He hit the weight requirement for the size I got so I threw it in the wash for him to wear tonight. It came out of the washer with a stain on it. He hasn’t even wore it yet. I followed the wash instructions and hung to dry. I’m not sure if it came stained, I didn’t pay that close attention to it before I tossed it in the washer. My washer is clean so I know it didn’t come from that. I’m extremely bummed because for the price I shouldn’t be having issues like this already (considering he hasn’t even wore it yet). This was my first Kyte purchase and now I’m skeptical to be a return customer. This has not happened with any other brands I have used in the past. And with only washing it once, the quality of the product went downhill all together.

Trying to leave this review a second time since it keeps getting removed.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received in my most recent order. I placed an order which included items for a baby shower. After I received shipping confirmation, I also received a refund confirmation for one of my items. Wasn’t contacted in order to change to a different item or even color in the same item. I reached out to customer service and their response was pretty much sorry we oversold so you are out of luck. But don’t worry we refunded you so you can repurchase. When I told them I had used a coupon and had met the free shipping threshold. They said unfortunately they’d be unable to help me with applying either of these to a new order to replace the item I needed. The shipping costs more than the item I needed to reorder.

YOU oversold the item, YOU didn’t offer any options to remedy the situation before shipping the items. Now I have to eat additional costs? That’s not right.

I understand things may happen, but it seems unless you spend thousands of dollars here your business isn’t as valuable to them.

While I love the overall quality of Kyte products, the customer service I received was extremely off-putting.

I experienced horrible customer service and unfortunately will never order again. I reached out to them about a small hole that had formed on my son’s zipper footies (honey bear design). He’s 2 months old and has only worn them 2-3x. I’ve made sure to wash and dry them correctly. They responded that the hole was due to “outside forces” (from the picture I had sent in). There are no “outside forces” that did this. My baby is 2 months old - the most activity he does is laying on his play gym. I understand holes can happen from normal wear and tear - but not when you’re 2 months old. I had ordered 9 pairs of footies and hats, a couple of outfits, and a baby blanket in the last month. Seeing that this is how they treat a loyal customer is incredibly disappointing. I will never order again and will definitely never recommend to any other moms.

Although initially I thought you’re items were a little overpriced, I was quickly convinced after my first purchase that “you get way you pay for”. I could have saved lot of money if I had learned of you’re product before purchasing 3 other popular brands, which all paled in comparison to you’re 2.5 tog sleep sack! Our 6 month old was fighting the transition to sleeping through the night until we put him in you’re sleep sack. It was night and day… literally :)

Received a Kyte baby sleep bag at my 1st baby shower and loved how soft and comfy it felt immediately! Who knew this would unlock the door to my Kyte obsession but it sure has done it! I love the sleep sacks, onesies, rompers, and blankets (bought myself and my toddler a blanket for Mother’s Day)! The products are high quality and last so long! My daughter is growing so fast but Kyte has the perfect stretch to allow for continued wear past all other childrens clothing! Been introducing my family and friends to Kyte as well! Love each and every product we have bought!

Kyte baby is amazing. As a new mom, I found out quickly that babies go through clothes really quickly. I ended up donating tons of onesies from target. Tjmaxx, etc…. But then I got our first Kyte baby onesie and we still use it. While he fits in the 3-6 month outfits, our 0-3 month outfits still work as well! It has grown with our baby and still fits comfortably. The fabric is so high quality and washes well! I recommend Kyte baby to everyone!

I kid you not I have spent around $3-$400 on different sleep sacks and swaddle things trying to get my kid to sleep more than 90 min at a time. I had zero faith this one would be any different. First night my 4 month old slept 5 hours straight and then another 4. Second night she almost slept thru the night, I had to pump for the first time ever in the morning and pumped over 10oz of milk 😵‍💫 this sleep sack is VOODOO, I’m buying 10 more.

My 8 month old daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma and we have spent extended times inpatient at Children’s hospital in Birmingham for many surgeries, labs, scans, and chemo. Kyte Baby has become a small taste of home for us. The comfort of the clothes, beanies, blankets, and sheets have made all of the difference for our baby girl who has already been through more in her short life than many experience in a lifetime. Thank you Kyte Baby!

I ordered a Medium Slumber Suit in Tahoe color on 11/22. It was delivered on on 12/2 and unfortunately, it is too small. I reached out that day, 12/2, to see if I can exchange it for a Large and I was willing to take any color or print, but Kyte is out of stock in every single color and print in size Large. So, now I need to return it, and was informed I will be charged $7.50 for restocking and an additional $7.50 for shipping. I asked if this could be waived given the situation (with me being willing to take an exchange in any color) and they said no. This is a horrible customer experience!

The footies especially really have grown with my baby. He’s four months and can still fit in the 0 to 3 month. I also moved to their sleep sacks in already have three because they just are so great. The reward system makes me feel like I am able to still get good deals or that my purchases mean something to the company

I love Kyte Baby clothing and have no complaints towards the quality or make of the items I have purchased. However, I did contact customer service regarding one of my footies becoming unwearable after one wash. They were not helpful to resolve the issue and made subtle digs into my “washing techniques”, even after explaining that I wash all their items on delicate cycle with cold water. They wrote me a long email on how to wash clothing and I felt it was unprofessional and offensive. As much as I love purchasing their items I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Kyte baby is our staple clothing for our baby boy. The fabric is unlike any other, soft and soothing. Myself and my two sons have very sensitive skin and we love how the fabric doesn’t irritate. It provides the best snuggly softness! We have everything from the bundlers, sleepers, rompers, pants, onesies, bibs, hats, mittens, changing pad cover, crib sheet, baby blanket, toddler shirt, adult shirt and adult cardigan. Now we just need the adult blanket for our bed! We are obsessed! 😄

I love Kyte Baby their brand and always recommend for any new mom I know- especially if your baby is on the taller side. Other sleep sacks I could not use at all I would buy 1-2 sizes up and my son was too long to fit them. Kyte Baby saved me- I love the extra length they give it makes the price worth it!

I love Kyte Baby so much I got this mobile app, I placed an order on KyteBaby . I got o update KyteBaby now it’s broken. I can’t use the mobile app at all!

Everything we order is such great quality and worth the price! My only complaint is that l am going to go broke because I can’t pick and want to buy EVERYTHING! I love that they go live so often on social media. It really makes you feel like a part of their community which you do not get with many companies.

I had to have the Flamingo printed baby blanket when I first gave birth to my daughter. Over the past 2 years she’s really taken to it! She now has 6 different prints/colors so I can always have one in rotation because these blankets go EVERYwhere with her. The material is so comforting and provides enough warmth when she’s sleeping yet the material stays cool to not overheat her. We lost one recently that was another fav. Hoping she can give one of the remaining colors some extra love in its absence. If you’re thinking of the product and aren’t sure, get it. You won’t regret it. Everyone in my house tries to steal the babies blankets so get one in all the sizes!!

I was introduced to Kyte baby by a friend after finding out we were expecting our first child. Immediately I fell in love with the prints and overall design of their baby clothes and have ordered several options for son. The material is fantastic and the limited edition patterns make it super fun to follow and stock up. I can’t recommend Kyte baby enough to all my friends!

I am new to Kyte after a friend gave me a sleep sack to try with our 6 month old foster son. He did amazing with it and I loved the softness and durability. I have now amassed quite a collection of pajamas and sleep sacks plus a few bibs. I am now ordering rompers for daily wear and am excited for the new fall colors. The investment has been so worth it - everything is so wearable and still looks brand new four months later!

My 5 month old has VERY SENSITIVE SKIN so We Purchased a few Kyte Romper for our babygirl. Let me just say this, the Quality of Kyte Bamboo is Next Level. These pieces are Buttery soft, Vibrant Colors, So much Stretch, & Beautiful Prints! It is the ONLY clothing that doesn’t irritate my Daughter eczema or irritate her sensitive skin! In my opinion, Kyte produces the Most Luxurious Brand of Baby Clothing on the market. We have bought many pieces 2nd hand and I must say when taken care of properly, The Pieces HOLD their value unlike any other brand on the market. It’s an investment, But one that pays for itself.

i have only purchased one Kyte baby outfit and i already am so interested with the quality… it holds up well after multiple washes (by following kyte’s instructions) i haven’t had any pilling either!! Not only is the quality really good but also the prices, for quality like that you would imagine it would cost more than it does which i love. Yes i only own one product right now bit i will definitely be making more purchases!!

Love the feel of bamboo fabrics and comfortable feel of thee Kyte baby fabrics and colors and prints however they’re very see through materials and with so many prints being on white base it would be nice if material was higher quality to not be see through. Also wrist area of putting on babies is very tight and could use more flexibility in fabric or larger opening. Hard to get on long sleeve and wish that fit was better.

I found this clothing brand when I was pregnant with my first baby.. I was a little skeptical about purchasing such a high priced baby clothing, since babies tend too grow out of them so quickly. But finally, I decided to bite the bullet and I haven’t looked back since! Matter of fact, our whole family wears Kyte Baby now! :) My 1 year old son, my husband, our dogs and I! We all are so in love with this company, and we will continue to be purchasing!!

I’m signing up because I’m very sad that this cancel culture has come up against your company because your In Studio employee can not understand that you are running a business. Your apologies were both very kind but I feel unnecessary. You are trying to run a company that employees people. I’m sorry that this employee has cause your business so much trauma. I will begin purchasing items from your company for my grandchildren. Again, do not change your policy on maternity leave because you need to get your business off the ground before changing your policy. Best of luck with your continued business.
