You can't use it during drops and most of the time whenever you get a notification that something is in stock, it shows unavailable in the app so you wind up having to go to the website anyways. It also doesn't save the form of payment. Guess that's a good thing for drops, but still annoying even just casually shopping. It is new, so hopefully the developers can work on addressing these things that impact overall functionality of the app.

Trying to leave this review a second time since it keeps getting removed.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received in my most recent order. I placed an order which included items for a baby shower. After I received shipping confirmation, I also received a refund confirmation for one of my items. Wasn’t contacted in order to change to a different item or even color in the same item. I reached out to customer service and their response was pretty much sorry we oversold so you are out of luck. But don’t worry we refunded you so you can repurchase. When I told them I had used a coupon and had met the free shipping threshold. They said unfortunately they’d be unable to help me with applying either of these to a new order to replace the item I needed. The shipping costs more than the item I needed to reorder.

YOU oversold the item, YOU didn’t offer any options to remedy the situation before shipping the items. Now I have to eat additional costs? That’s not right.

I understand things may happen, but it seems unless you spend thousands of dollars here your business isn’t as valuable to them.

While I love the overall quality of Kyte products, the customer service I received was extremely off-putting.

Horrible Customer Service

I experienced horrible customer service and unfortunately will never order again. I reached out to them about a small hole that had formed on my son’s zipper footies (honey bear design). He’s 2 months old and has only worn them 2-3x. I’ve made sure to wash and dry them correctly. They responded that the hole was due to “outside forces” (from the picture I had sent in). There are no “outside forces” that did this. My baby is 2 months old - the most activity he does is laying on his play gym. I understand holes can happen from normal wear and tear - but not when you’re 2 months old. I had ordered 9 pairs of footies and hats, a couple of outfits, and a baby blanket in the last month. Seeing that this is how they treat a loyal customer is incredibly disappointing. I will never order again and will definitely never recommend to any other moms.
