I had to give the 2k24 MyTEAM a 1 star of of 5 because when I first downloaded the the game on my iPhone yesterday my players were all invisible, so I deleted NBA2K24MyTEAM and started over today only for my players and the other team to also all be invisible. All I see during the game is the basketball and circles with lightly dim names for the players.. what makes matters worse is there’s no tech support other than some long e-mail. The ideal and everything else is great so if they fix this invisible player bug which most reviews seem to also have than this 1 star review can easily be a 4 or 5 star! I’m looking forward to NBA2k Being able to fix this invisible player bug ASAP or on the next update. Thx 2k - Gabe

Honestly all the 2Ks before were really great but when 2K24 was released that one thing they removed: “The Auction House”.
When 2K said the best player cards in the Auction House feel unobtainable to get with MTP, I felt confused. Has 2K ever heard about people lowering down prices on players in the Auction House?
And saying the purpose of the player market is to make these player cards accessible and straightforward for everyone is a BIG FAT LIE.
You can’t even try buying what Galaxy Opal, Dark Matter, or a 100 Overall.
All you can only do is get it from gambling all your money and feel guilty about losing all your money tryna get the players you really want. But what do I know its just a game. A game that has been ruined by the devs. I’m out

Bro. I keep getting restricted for 30 minutes. I’m 24. If I lose I lose. I don’t get MT or stats if I quit. I don’t quit. I made multiple people quit today. Didn’t quit once. Why am I restricted twice. Bro fix NBA2K24MyTEAM . Youre buggin respectfully. Everything else is good. Have a counter that resets DAILY. 2 free quits per day. Cuz what if someone accidentally disconnects? That’s happened to me before. this is a mobile game. Not a console. It’s not going to be able to ping at all times bro. Simple answers to simple problems. Cuz I just bought that pro pass for Zion and was planning on buying next months. Now I’m not even sure if I should. I’ve been restricted way because of bad connection many more times then me voluntarily QUITTING FIX YOUR GAME FIX THAT AND YOULL GET 5 STARS TILL THEN. ILL BE THAT 1 STAR REVIEW.

I literally couldn’t see my players. They were invisible. The movement horrible, and the shooting don’t make sense. Open full bar layup missing consistently. NBA 2k for console isn’t even playing well and you made NBA2K24MyTEAM. You losing money fire your marketing team they going the whole wrong direction. Diablo made this mistake lost all it core fans. You on the slope now slipping

Only downloaded NBA2K24MyTEAM to get the free Pink diamond and played through the 1 game only to now get a connection error message every time I try to run a match and never got the free Halliburton card… and now I’m getting the same connection error message on myteam on my PS5 as well. Fully connected to the wifi with no issues on any other online games… very disappointed and can’t play 2K….

Now I got the game because I have 2k and thought it would be a good companion game. So when I downloaded it I waited for a least 2 hrs. Then when I opened it I signed in the it said I couldn’t play because I did not meet the requirements. It said to come back and try again. In the time I was waiting I looked at the requirements and I met all of them besides one and that was playing online. But I have 2k mobile and I can play online with that. I don’t understand how NBA2K24MyTEAM says 4+ but I can’t get into it. So I don’t know one thing in the game.

Can you fix the substitute bug when it is a timeout please it destroyed my whole mission while I was doing the challenge to get GORDON it said to get 15 rebounds, score 29 points, 5 dunks, and win the game with any player or players. After finishing the points, and dunks, and while winning the game, I also get 13 rebounds but when I timeout I substitute for the player with 13 rebounds while he’s resting to get more energy. After the timeout, I couldn't see the player on the court and I only had 1 minute and 22 seconds left I couldn't Finnish my challenge and waste 15-20 minutes playing for nothing. After this Im upset because I was very near to finishing the challenge but I was not

The game is ok but when it says u can do something in any mode any difficulty to get it you have to acount for all the other modes to such as freestyle it’s a mode right so in that case I should be able to something in there and it count but it doesn’t and it’s like this with all basketball mobile games it makes me not even wanna play game is also kind messed up like how is an overall gonna be 87 but defense and offense are 99 like fix the game and not everyone wants to do semi-pro , pro and all of that like can’t u make an easier game mode other than freestyle for the younger players and like I just started so why is the game being so hard when I have 70s and they have 90s, and 100s

great idea bringing it to mobile, except the gameplay is as if it was designed for a controller, but also harder than console gameplay even if you had one. it’s literally easier to get open with a 60 overall on console against kobe than it is to see an inch of daylight in this game. screens don’t have an impact as the defenders play sides like real people (they don’t do this on console) as well as the speed of players is significantly reduced with the ball with this mobile port. why would you nerf that? isn’t it supposed to be easier to score on a phone? and dear god why is there an auto defense button? every time i press it there’s like a 50% chance the game doesn’t register and my guy just stands there watching the defender drive to the basket with a big smile on his face praising the lord. i want to play defense, not have it taken away from me. literally have played like 5 games in a row and lost all of them within two because it just doesn’t work. not sure if there’s controller support or not but if not, probably won’t return to this game. you know it’s a bad game when the mobile version with a bigger green window is harder than the console version

Too many glitches and bugs. Invisible defenders are annoying. Probably an issue with uniforms but when you can’t see your team or the other team it makes things pretty bad. Might be good some day…

It’s a great game at first but there’s so much room for improvement ESPECIALLY on defense it’s literally the hardest thing ever to play defense and on top of that there are challenges that u have to get blocks and it doesn’t matter who is in the paint your not getting those blocks you can’t change who’s matched up on who you can’t make defense play calls or defensive adjustments like you would be able to do in actual 2k and it’s aggravating because you can’t progress through half of these challenges due to the defense being so bad

Ever since the lunar new yr update the locker codes button has disappeared and there is no alternative to punching them in i recently hopped back on because i found out i can boost my team with atleast 3 98 ovr players that would hugely benefit my team as my highest players are 96's and even tapping on the main screen where it speaks of the 98 mark gasol card it wont allow me to do anything i love 2k but when you need help getting higher up theres no way to do it i looked on reddit and all they said was use the 2k companion app and as someone who sold their console over a yr ago i have no way to access my old playstation account thus meaning i am just stuck waiting until this gets fixed which by the time that happens jason kid mark gasol and the other player i wanted will be expired please 2k fix your game

This game is good, the only problem i see with it is that my players are invisible sometimes. it's really annoying but you can play around sometimes.

Bro there must be a rigged feature in offline , due to the fact that when the ai has a slightly better or equal card than you, you're outmatched on most difficulties. And for some reason, Derrick Rose is unstoppable in the paint. The ai has a make record of 90% when attempting 4 pointers as well. You can’t finish inside but the computer somehow always gets it done, even I hack the contest button. Part of this game is just ridiculous and unplayable, and added to that, it’s impossible to get really good cards without paying. But the game is fun, I’ll only give you that.

Great game in almost every way specially the graphics and gameplay except for one major thing that’s been bothering me a lot, it’s how insanely hard the challenges r specially the spotlights. I’ve been trying super hard to get my last “win the game with 20.. something points, 15 rebounds and 5 dunks with any player or players” and by “any player or players” they mean each thing has to be done by one individual player that u can choose. For example the 15 rebounds has to b done by 1 player only so u can’t get like 8 rebounds for a player and another 7 by another, it won’t b counted. Same thing with the dunks and points. This all had to b done in 5 minutes per quarter. I tried for like over a month now. It’s almost impossible and it might even b impossible. The dunks by the way i could barely make 2 just barely in a full game and even if i could make the 5 with the same player, i still have to focus on the 15 rebounds after then the points. I don’t think ill continue play the game if it doesn’t get easier and it has to be a lot easier not just a little to b possible so please If you’re reading this please fix this issue. I really love this game and i don’t wana quit playing it. Thnk u

“Receive screen” is completely broken. I’ve tried it with 2 controllers, plus the on screen controls and it doesn’t have an input. The on screen button doesn’t do absolutely anything, and the controller inputs (Y and triangle) just specifically sets the “off ball screen” (square and x) 100% of the time, while showing that its setting a personal screen. I wish it was “off ball screens” that weren’t working, lol, Please fix this 2k. My rating will go up when the game has the proper inputs. Until then, take a half off my 3 star rating😂

I love the game overall feels like I’m actually playing on console I have no complaints except 1 either the opposite team is invincible or my team is invisible idk how anybody would be able to play like that which is super frustrating even resetting your app doesn’t fix the issue most of the time

It's a great game, great for on the go, but like other reviews before this, there's many glaring issues. The most important issue, the players keep going invisible whenever I try to play the game. It makes it physically impossible to know what the he🏒🏒 I'm doing. Another issue is the fact that the controls are made for console players, and it makes it difficult to properly control my player. Other than those two very obvious issues, the game is great and fun to play.

Overall, exactly like 2K games. Buggy, glitchy and laggy. Loading into the game doesn’t take too long . But updating the game is another story. Waited 20-30 minutes for an in game update/ download to finish just to play multiple games where my players, the ball or the other team were invisible. Additionally the controls and movements of this game are extremely touchy, making it very difficult to get any player to do what you want them to do. The only consistent aspect of this game is the shooting.

I would love to enjoy the game but playing defense is hard since there isn’t a button for lock on defense or something. I had to rely on not getting tripped up when I move the person around. I liked in 2k19 there was a button to help you play defense. So I always loose matches because I can’t defend by myself.

Also can someone please explain to me why the shooting dials are so small? I can barely make any 3 or shots because it’s so small to see. I either get too early or to late. Can we please make the shooting meter bigger?

We’ve needed something like this for ages I can grind MyTEAM and get rewards and rip challenges in bed when I’m being a bum or on the train to work but I can never see the players on my team (i.e they’re invisible), or the opposing team, or neither, which makes things super frustrating. Otherwise this is a grand slam on 2k’s park and something we’ve needed for years. Everything is super high-speed as well. Fix the bugs and you’re golden. Although knowing 2k that’ll never happen and servers will constantly be down so I will certainly not be getting my hopes up.

i love this game so much. it’s so much fun and not that hard to grind. the game is practically flawless but the calls i do/dont get are outrageous. i could get shoved nd its not a foul. i could get a clean block or a light push nd its a foul on my team. i would like to be able to challenge calls and be able to check each play. another good addition would be the instant replay option. i feel like i would js like to be able to look at plays especially highlights during a game. just like in 2k, you can zoom in, zoom out, etc. i would also like a game (w/L) history. i feel like it would be nice to be able to look back at your games and maybe add an option to rewatch the game as well. showing the stats, comparisons, etc. thank you for your time

This game is a great competitor to EA NBA LIVE as well as the new game coming out from Nelnet. I also love how it’s cross, save with console and mobile the only reason why won’t give this a five star rating is because I did not see a single promotion for this free game. The only promotion, and the only reason why I knew about this game is literally because, I seen a banner on my NBA 2K24. Other than that this game is great it’s not perfect but it’s great and it’s definitely a top competitor for a my team NBA game. Great job 2K.

I can’t open packs even when I have enough VC or MT. When I set my defensive settings through my coach none of them are applied when I head to offline gameplay and online gameplay

The game is very good overall the only thing that is really holding me his game back is if you added my career or my league and there is a couple time that I have had every player on the court invisible that definitely needs to be updated but overall a very fun game

This game is fun and addictive! 2k my team being transferred between console and phone is great. but its just buggy at times. Sometimes i will be playing against invisble players or my players will be invisible themselves. Buttons may accidentally act as other buttons but that is rare. overall game is great just needs some minor bug fixes!

This game is so much fun and I love how it saves your progress on consoles. However there are a couple of thinks that need improving.

1. Glitches (specifically online)
I would say about 35 percent of the time that I have played an online game, the other teams players have shown up invisible and I can’t see them. I can’t quit those games because then it times me out from playing online. Please fix this as it has made me lose many games.

2. Controller play
The controller play experience is great in game, but you are not able to use a controller during menus or during in game pause menus. This would allow you to completely be able to play from just a controller. Also if possible would you be able to make it so that you can make substitutions during the game like in normal 2k.

Once again this game is awesome, and great job on it.

This game is almost a replica of the Console version of the NBA 2K Myteam we r all used to. all the modes are well put together, only one problem I have. I get error messages every once in awhile at the end of games after I’ve already spent 20 min playing them, telling me I “quit” the game and to stop before I get banned. ( I won by 30 ) and yet it gives me error messages at the end of games and bans me for 30-60 minute intervals from multiplayer. Please fix this

So I downloaded this game and it is amazing however it’s one bug that gets me. Whenever I do solo sometimes SOME ONE ON THE OTHER TEAM IS INVISIBLE now sometimes I don’t mind it but when I don’t know he is there and I try to get a rebound I always foul the invisible play without knowing. Also the ratings for the players is kinda crazy like how is Wemby a 78 but Damian lillard is a 99? That’s crazy but Austin reaves is a 77. AND DONOVAN MITCHEL HAS A 99 OFFENSE AND 99 DEFENSE BUT A 98 OVERALL LIKE WHAT. there is a lot more weird ratings. Now I don’t want to give this a 4 but if I could I would give it a 4.5/5 I’m not gonna lie. But overall it’s a really cool game and it’s good for traveling I play this all. The. Time.

This game is amazing I like the setup make me feel like I’m playing on a actual game it’s not laggy like most game .. my only thing is could yall make it to where that u can add friends so that when we want to connect instantly instead of waiting for a random person who will quit because of losing . Other then that I recommend this 2K24 and the coins so low when playing n regular it’s like you have to spend money to match ppl who already Ben playing the game

I love this it's a good feature for playing MyTeam on the go I just have a problem with online play having opponents players invisible all 5 games i played online so i just stuck to offline play for the time being..... Hopefully there will be a MyCareer Mobile like to where you can only play the MyCareer games or something like that idk but yea i hope it does improve on the multiplayer side... GOOD JOB THO 2K

So this game is SUPER good and fun, and just like regular 2k mytem, just a new mobile layout. The reason I wont give the game 5 stars is because of a character glitch. Its basically where the characters on the other team or characters on your own team are just invisible and its super hard to play like that because you will think you have a wide open shot than you get like 50 contest. Other than that, this is a great game.

This is not a MyTeam companion app, but rather the whole mode in a streamlined mobile bundle. The player models and graphics are not as detailed as the full console game and some of the animations don't blend as smoothly, but if you are looking for just the myteam gameplay you get it all. Both single player and multiplayer are available in full with all of the modes available to play.

The touch controls can feel clunky at times so i would recommend using a controller, and with a controller the game feels genuinely fantastic. To my perception jumpshot timing windows are a little more forgiving, i presume to make up for the smaller screen size, but otherwise the game feels and plays very close to the full version. Nothing feels too small or crowded on screen, and running on a 14 pro I didn't notice any framerate loss or other performance issues.

I removed one star due to the menus not supporting controller and because i lost multiple games of progress due to spotty internet, but otherwise this really is a fantastic offering, let alone for free. The 2k development team offering MyTeam-exclusive players a free version of the game that can be played anywhere is awesome, even if it’s just their way of getting more people to buy microtransactions.

1. When I played triple threat (don’t know if this occurs in any other game modes) my players were invisible! I couldn’t see if they were open, if they had the ball, etc.
2. I feel like they can be so much more on passing instead of clicking pass I feel like we could just click on the player and have the ball automatically go to them (unless that’s already an ability that I do not know of)

This is a great game but the things that go wrong is how my player when I press on the auto defense he just stares at the opponent and let’s them score a point. I also found another bug that when I put my ps5 controller into the game I can’t control the menu and control buttons so please fix that. And also it shouldn’t be easier to score on mobile than it is on console. Just a head up 2k

I love this game. The gameplay is super smooth and fun. Severel times, however, the game won’t completely load. Player card images won’t load so I have to wait 5-10 minutes before they do load. Also, when I try to play a game, it will freeze at 0% loaded. Again, I have to wait 5-10 minutes before it starts loading again. As such, I get countless warnings against quitting when I try to play multiplayer and right now I cant play for 30 minutes because I didn’t complete a game because it didn’t load.

(As of writing this review triple threat has a invisible players bug) I love playing my team & now you can play on the go. Works very well if you connect to a controller or backbone. The game requires to be connected to internet at all times.

I have a glitch in which my players are invisible and at times the other team making it hard to play pls fix

So far this game has been great and its a great job from 2k. A problem i keep experiencing is players being invisible weather its in online or offline players are invisible, sometimes on my team sometimes on the enemy team.

Other than that good job from 2K

I love that MyTeam has come to mobile. There has been a lot of bugs though, my team or the opposition are invisible a lot of the time. This makes it quite annoying to play. Another issue I’ve had is the game gets stuck after I play and won’t load into the rewards. I’ve been on really good WiFi and this has happened not just on bad WiFi and cellular connection.

I play on switch and I can’t find the switch log in like you guys have for PlayStation and Xbox plz fix that

This is a very high quality game and really achieved the goal of playing 2K on the go. However, I have a few complaints and requests for 2K25. Freelances are terrible to use; it took forever to find out that I need to time out on offense to change it, and even then it doesn’t tell me what they do. Please give us an option to change it before games and see what they do and their pros and cons like on console. Also, and I know this is a MyTeam issue in general, but there’s no way to see what plays do unless you use it; I’d rather there be an interactive play view like there is on console. Other than that, it’s a great game, and I hope future versions will make it even better than it is right now.

This is an absolutely amazing idea to connect my team's mobile with the console. You should add controller support so you can use a controller on NBA2K24MyTEAM as well

I love this game so much it’s technically current gen on phone. It’s smooth booth offline as well as online. Great for syncing with your console and playing in the go, my only concern is for free to play users both console and mobile you have a really low chance of getting anything from any pack that’s really all, I’ll even take a consistent 89 but 71 cards after grinding 20k mt is terrible. Other than that thank you so much for this game we truly do appreciate the 2k franchise

I just want to say that 2k24 is one of the best games but the mobile version is terrible yes, you get a free pink diamond but the calls are the worst. Players don’t even make contact and they still call foul, the shooting bar for most players is also the worst. It is also very hard to do missions and get rewards. I really hope they improve the mobile version.

When you do a post up move with a big or you give the lane to a guard for help defense the finishing animations are very overpowered which is crazy because the gameplay is the most perfect it can be on this free mobile game. I might even say it has the best and most identical movement and animations to console and it might just be a bit better than nba 2k arcade the game on the AppStore you actually have to pay for lol but I’m getting off topic. My one critique is that the kinda choppy animations when defending or switching to defend the inside and although it’s such a small critique the fact the rest of the gameplay is basically PERFECT especially for what it is it just seems like an unnecessary aspect to be left the way it is because if you’re going to give this game the graphics the detail the animations then why not go all the way 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great game when I look past the little things and it has exceeded my expectations past every 2k game or basketball game I’ve ever played on mobile if 2k or take two or whoever give this particular game the right attention for mobile then it’ll be an all timer

The game is amazing I like how it’s almost a copycat to the MyTEAM on console but, the one thing that I don’t like is that there is no commentary in the games and two the locker codes don’t work. You guys give out so many cool rewards but the people on Mobile can’t redeem them because they don’t work. I really do hope you guys take my request seriously because that would be a great addition to the game.

This game is great for when I wanna grind or play myteam or open packs when I cant play on my xbox. Its also great for when I dont got the money for gamepass and need to grind online modes like TTO and CTO and unlimited. This is by far my favorite mobile game and I love the fact that they released this for free. My only complaint would be that I cant move the hud around but thats alright the gameplay makes up for the lack of customization with the controls.

Fun my kid told me about it. I can’t stop playing it. Five stars if there was 100 stars I would give it 100 stars I can’t stop playing. It’s just fun. You can actually learn how to play basketball. There’s a training mode the training mode is my favorite actually learn me so good so good you could get so much good players you have every single team I pick Lakers that’s my favorite trying to get LeBron James you can read this if you can just download it

So when playing MyTEAM 5v5 and even 3v3 online the game will start having random lag spikes or start glitching out of nowhere and I have gaming internet ment for playing games at a very high-speed and I don’t like how it starts doing that because there be times when up by 10 points and out nowhere I start in game glitching/lagging and then my opponent comes back out of nowhere to the point where I can’t play defense or score on offense please fix it other than that it’s a great game and very fun

Rarely do I ever leave comments for mobile games, but I take my hat off for this one. Great graphics, gameplay, interfacing with the console game. The game doesn’t heat up my phone at all. I did notice that the joystick movement is kind of funny, takes getting use to.

This mobile version of MyTEAM is amazing. I’m just having an issue with my players, I can’t see them on the court . Is there a fix for this, and if so I would greatly appreciate it if there is thank you.

The game is great overall I have this bug that where sometimes either my players or the other team players does not show on the screen

Add play with friends mode crossplay and have it where we can search for friends to play

I play 2k24 on my switch and have the free Chet and Embiid so when I got it taken away and this came out I was excited to get Luka but the only options are Xbox and PlayStation please add a option for switch but it is fun to play even though I have nothing so thank you 2k for this.

For a long time there been garbage basketball games but this game just hits different it feels just like console version not p2w runs very good and smooth and this game shows the potential of mobile gaming.

Make game public to every region please

This is literally the best from 2k mobile side of business I seen since 2k16 Mobile (the #1 game), this 2k Port is clean, the graphics is impeccable, and the gameplay is fun especially with the defensive / offensive system that is better than Nba2k21-24 arcade edition (not lying). This is very fun and what makes it the best is that it’s cross progression, so I could enjoy it on console as well🔥

I found a invisible team, fix all you have to do is copy your first lineup over to your second lineup, and then play with the second lineup and it should fix it

Imma be honest. And keep it short. I always dreamed of this being a thing and it never was. Now what was, is. This is incredible.

I’ve been wanting to play 2k for so long but I’m broke so this is a good way to get my team upgraded until I can buy 2k.

By far the best mobile basketball game to date in my opinion. Smooth gameplay, good enough graphics, easy controls, and a fun/competitive multiplayer. I’d recommend this to any basketball fan.
Two issues that have jumped out to me - poor switch defense on pick and roll fades and temporarily getting banned if you get disconnected from the servers.
Overall, I’d rather play this than pay $60 a year on console. 2k isn’t simulation anymore. Make it free. This is what 2kmyteam should be.

Best game ever on mobile it’s easier to play with a controller but other than that it’s best nba game hands down on mobile ever made! Better than any paid games graphics and gameplay is top tier feels like I’m playing on console also it’s kinda dope you have BAD BUNNY as a player!!!
