Horrible app
This is a HORRIBLE app. The features don’t work.

WORST APP EVER
Very little thought went into the layout of the new app as well as the rollout of the app. No one at the bank was properly trained to answer questions and it took almost a full week to get one simple question answered. Evidently First American Bank has never heard of a beta test because if they did one, they may want to look up what it is and try it

It took an hour!!!
To get into app and deposit a check. I was not making mistakes entering numbers but it gave me errors. Several people attempted to help me. They did not know what to do. Very, very frustrating.
