I have not updated to iOS 17.5, and neither do I plan on doing so. A recent update to DPDough does not allow you to access the ordering options unless you update DPDough , and DPDough update requires iOS 17.5, rendering DPDough useless to any device or user not running that version of iOS. I would hope that at some point in the future this restriction is removed.

Do not order on DPDough . They will mess up your order and you will not be refunded. If anything go to the store and order there, but the food will still take an hour to be done.

Apps still broke I want my points or some coupons

updated DPDough , now when i open it, it says update available, so i go to DPDough store and it says i have the latest version. wasting my time, get it together!

It’s telling me to “update DPDough ” that’s already up to date. Completely useless, broken app.

Leaving a one star review because every time I open DPDough it tells me to update it. I go DPDough Store to update and it says “open”. There is no update. I deleted DPDough and restarted my phone. THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

DPDough has sucked for well over 2yrs and they do nothing to fix it

by far the worst restaurant app i’ve ever seen.

I don’t really know what to do about it but they straight up didn’t deliver the milkshake I ordered

Albany location always says it’s closed

Unlike other delivery services, DPDough does NOT allow you to access in progress orders/view past orders. This is a MAJOR defect.

Have a D.P. Dough just down the street but doesn’t come up on DPDough as able to order from it. I live in IL. It’s trying to get me to order in NY. I can’t use DPDough or order online now. Guess I’ll find another place to eat. In 2022, you would think they could be able to design a functioning app but I guess customers service is not a high priority.

I wish I could use this! I can sign into my rewards online but on DPDough it says no account with my information exists. I don’t want to lose all my rewards progress.

I have absolutely no clue when my meal will be ready. Additionally there was an item called the tiger zone which sounded delicious but it had no decision so I was forced to choose a different zone when really all I wanted was the tiger zone. I really hope in the next update they include a description of the tiger zone because I think the tiger zone would hit the spot.

Just the progress of having an app that works is amazing! Lots of work that goes into that. You can build rewards, see pictures of the food, modify your ingredients, and much more. Great job on this!

I want to clarify what some other people said first lol. As for the deals, it’s always been STARTING AT. And different items may cost a little more or less than each other, of course. For the mix and match it says starting at 4.99, and the stix/rolls do start at that. But if you want a calzone it’s 6.99, and the other items are a little different too. These deals DO leave out some of the calzones and such because those ones are generally priced higher. It doesn’t include all menu categories (like tots), and you shouldn’t expect it to include all items within the categories that it DOES include. There’s still a lot of inclusion there, and customizations are actually mad cheap. Someone said you can’t see when your food will be done, but you literally can. And you’ve always been able to. On top of that, you get an email and a text when the order is confirmed, when it should be ready, and also once it’s actually ready for pickup. Someone mentioned it wanting to have them order at a shop several states away, and that’s easily fixed too. I will admit this is one thing that I think they could improve on, but if you type in the zip code it works most of the time unless you backspace. But even then, all you would have to do is scroll for your location????????? Lol.

As for my own opinion, DPDough is isn’t very “modernized” I guess, but it does it’s job for sure. Customizing is easy, rewards points let you redeem, you can save payments and addresses, there are item descriptions and photos, and it tells you when your food will be done and such. You can also do special instructions. I would honestly say that the customization feature on DPDough is the best one I’ve ever seen. It has every option, one tap removal or addition, it’s clear what is chosen, and it even shows you the lil price that the additional topping costs. It’s great!
