i have taken 3 months subscription its not working even after update please fix this glitch asap i have to keep an eye on my bf activities

Force Stop the Nowfy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Nowfy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Nowfy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nowfy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Nowfy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Nowfy.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:
