I don’t know who’s giving this more than the lowest rating but this is a complete scam. Needed a tool to transfer sharepoint to sharepoint after a tenant migration. Only needed it for a sharepoint site that was ~130gb and around 130k files, so i bought their 200gb. I was able to link my source and target fairly easy. The sync began scanning the structure as you would expect and then it began syncing. Syncing failed at around ~170/130k files because not enough storage. Afterwards the account said i used 270/200gb!!! The site was only 130gb so how could i have gone over when only 170 managed to get transferred? On a site that did exceed the amount of space i paid for! Complete scam!!! Cancelled my sub right away. Definitely reporting as well and will add review on other platforms.

After going back to check the dates times of my emails to this company and there be no response besides an automated one I wanted to be sure to make let you know the communication with this company is something that is obsolete. I might not be computer savvy, but I had another third-party entity that moved stuff from oneDrive to Google and this thing MultCloud that comes with this app is like a Commodore 64. Not at all, please I still haven’t heard from anyone. It was a week ago now I bet I suddenly do.
I subscribed for the 100g a month. MultCloud took my money but never unlocked the data transfer. I emailed them and they asked for documentation which I provided including the screen shot of the Apple Pay. Still no data. They took me for $10.00. Buyer beware. If they ever fix the issue I will update this post.
Ancient interface and the cloud drives never load. Worthless.
Rate of transfer is slow. What do I do.
It seemed to be working fine on the free version. However after I paid all transfers stop working. Setting up new ones didn’t work either. It seems to be a bait and switch. I asked apple for refund and delete account n app.
There is no setting option to upload the magnet link, deceptive software!
Downloaded the free version. Then paid for an upgrade. The account hasn’t been upgraded. I sent feedback to Support and haven’t heard from them in a week.
It appears they just took my money and left me hanging.
This “works” - but it’s so slow it’s useless. You’re better off getting a hard drive and moving things manually.
transfer speed to dropbox is around 22KB/s which is too slow!
I'm a new customer. I am test driving MultiCloud after having used a different cloud synchronization program for nearly a decade. I moved my files from PC to Macbook and needed to add iCloud to the mix and my old device doesn't offer icloud support.
I hd no problem setting up the Tasks that I needed.
I decided it would be nice to have MultCloud on my phone to peek at it from time-to-time and manage anything that needs to be managed. However the 6 Tasks that I created online are not available on MultCloud .
Does MultCloud work in tandem with the website? If not, I'll uninstall MultCloud and just access my account is browser, but I'd like to know.
Trying to transfer my google photos to my iCloud and I can’t figure it out and it isn’t easy to find. Not good
Nice app and the idea of having all cloud storage at the same place is good but I am not able to upload or download files from my phone, the mobile version of this app cannot upload, download, modifie or even preview files. Please fix that.
I had been needing and looking for a service that would do exactly what this app does such a incredible job of and honestly pretty impressive how many options they offer.
And the best part of it is that,,,, it works.

Used cloudhq for years. This has much better features and has an option to purchase a lifetime unlimited bandwidth. Wish I would have found this in the first place!
