I like Forms. It’s nice…sort of. I saw a review that said it was trying to get my gmail password which I don’t exactly believe but I’m still cautious about that. I like Forms because you can make a bunch of little quizzes for friends, family game nights, etc. But what I do not like is that after almost every minute you get an add from google. I get these so often that it wastes so much time of the creation of my little quizzes and it’s quite annoying. Overall it’s a good app. But please fix the annoying ads.

Thanks for making such a great app! I'm legally blind and teach English abroad and I'm able to use Forms to create quizzes for students who are learning English!

I was using Forms to see all the responses to a google form I made in one place. But the ads literally made it unusable. I would open Forms , go to the form, and hit “responses” and every time I did that it would open Forms Store for some mobile game or bank app , and when I would leave Forms Store to go back to Forms it would just open Forms Store again. Because of this Forms was literally unusable and I deleted it within an hour of its download

I have notifications turned on both via email and push notifications for when my this app are filled out, as I use them for clients of my dog training business. However, I never get notified. I have to constantly go open Forms to check for myself. It’s made me reply at a much slower rate than I’d prefer. Sometimes even took a day or two for me to reply because I hadn’t opened Forms to look for myself. Needs to be fixed.

Forms is super helpful when it comes to my work, but there are so many ads and I can’t find a way to turn them off. So before you get Forms , consider this, you will get your work done, but you will have to sit through a ton of ads.

This is the best user friendly application to retrieve local data. Who needs an ERP system if you can get your own data LOL

I accidentally subscribed to the premium annual plan costing $40 because Forms designed the payment option to look like a continue button. It’s ridiculously convoluted to cancel the subscription. I’m currently calling customer service because Forms doesn’t have a simple “cancel subscription” option in the setting.

The amount and frequency of ads on Forms is abhorrent. 30 second unskippable adds every 2-3 minutes. I even pay for Google cloud and that gets me nothing. No ads on the computer platform, why only in Forms ? Google docs, sheets, photos don’t have ads. They completely disrupt any flow and make it impossible to use.

All the other apps (Google Docs, Google Charts, and Google Slides) all work the same as on a Chromebook or laptop. Not Forms. It’s hard to control, and I can’t figure anything out. Is this the wrong app? Or is this supposed to be like the laptop version?

I just downloaded Forms to create a few this app without looking at the reviews. Big mistake! Forms has tons of ads, I can’t get any work done because every minute or two I get hit with ads right in the middle of work! Don’t use Forms! I deleted it within minutes of using it.

Don’t get me wrong, Forms is useful. I used it for a while until I saw a $40 subscription fee in my bank account. I didn’t apply for the subscription and the same may happen to you, DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Download the official Google Drive, the Google this app app doesn’t even exist, just this fake one.

It is just like Google this app but u can access it on a phone. It makes my life so much easier.

I’m not sure if there’s been an update or not, but I HATE using Goggle this app now.

Most of my clients ask for pictures to be included on their this app which is no problem, but now you’re required to upload them by a certain size. That sizing looks HORRIBLE on these this app!

I now have to find another platform to service my clients!

Very convenient to make this app, feedback responses, and on the go questionnaires!

If you work directly from an iPad, Forms is not the answer. Half the time I cannot see content or the form comes up incorrectly. Often times it doesn’t even register as a form at all when trying to update.

Works great for 3 days and then all of a sudden free trial ends and Forms is basically unuseable. You have to watch a bunch of ads or pay money to use it. The ad- version is very frustrating. Leads you to ad links even when you didn’t tap on anything.

Would give 5 stars if the ads were annoying in Forms.

I have been trying to save a form but it wouldn’t let me so I tried the free 3 day trial but it still charged me the $40! I just wanted to try Forms out for the 3 days like it states but it ended up charging me and it still doesn’t work!

At random intervals, ads pop up that will not close even when you wait for the timer. You have to close out of Forms and lose any progress you haven’t saved.

I use it to quiz my friends, or to see how much they know (recommended getting it!)

Forms is incredibly user friendly! Many premade templates and of course there’s the option to start with a blank slate and create your own.

I have been using Forms for a year and a couple of months ago I started noticing that the responses that i recieved in Forms do not match the Excel spreedsheet that it produces. This causes me to have to make call verifing the information manually.

If you list your app without showing in app purchase, yet there is in app purchasing. I can’t even try this without committing to pay.

Allow people to use with specific limits is a much better model.

I updated my form question and after doing so I lost all of my contacts and valuable information for my clients. Now, I’m being told there is no way to retrieve the information. Also, there is no way to copy the form response in Forms . I have to either screenshot and copy or manually type information. If it wasn’t for this, I’d love Forms , but now that I can’t get assistance in retrieving information, I’m looking for another way to track client information.

Love the features. Easy to use and share with people for whatever project or task needed.

Bring able to use Forms makes it so much easier.

So bad. Every time you make changes in the settings then it takes like 5 seconds to update. Then at one point they randomly asked me to sign in through my google acc and then when i tried to sign in it didnt work like wth. Computer online version much better

Works great, and just what I need to respond quickly on any device!

So far it’s does a great job with helping me start up my nutrition coaching business. I like it a lot.

As a small business, who does not have the capital to pay for all of the subscription, it’s nice to have this free resource to get started

So happy they came up with Forms . Now I can get my business done all from the palm of my hands

Would recommend. Very easy to use and so convenient!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but I literally cannot even save my form and I keep getting a message that says “Displayed text cannot contain new lines” when I try to save. But doesn’t tell me exactly what that means or what I need to even fix. And I can’t reach out to support without leaving the page which would delete my form entirely.

This rendered Forms useless for me.

Forms is great. It is quick and easy to use and editing is a breeze

As a teacher I find Forms amazing! It is perfect for making quizzes for my students and I would recommend!

I would expect there to be limitations in Forms compared to the website, but making people pay a subscription for stuff that's free on the website is crazy. I can't even change the color of my form on Forms without paying? That's free on my computer! This is really just the worse, more expensive version of google this app. It does work ALMOST as well though, so I guess I can't complain that much.

Everytime I use this app, it allows me to do just what I want to do, even without having to pay.

Downloaded it and had a form completed in minutes. Super user friendly.

By far the easiest Google app available in iOS. Easy to use and very functional. A must for those requiring surveys.

Horrible app do not fall for it even though you may type in Google Docs, this is the first app that appears and actually says document for Google, but come to find out that it is not a Google product and it will just automatically charge you a monthly fee which Google Docs is free. It doesn’t even work correctly on the iPhone to me it’s a knock off word play scam and they should not be allowed to use the Google name at all in the title or description. It’s meant to be deceptive. false advertising period !!! Most extensions are free if you have an account some are paid for but this is not created by Google. I checked the company out and it doesn’t even have a name you can read unless you read Chinese it was purposely creating and designed to catfish people into thinking it’s the legit Google Docs, don’t fall for it scroll further down find the real deal . You live you learn hope this helps someone not loose $50

I thought was was removing folders I didn't want Forms to have access to but turns out I deleted all my folders. I had to then re-add them and when I checked Google Drive they were all in disarray (it completely disorganized my folder structure). It’s scary because this a foreign company (I’m in the U.S. and Forms has the power to delete my data).

Never thought I was tech savvy. But it’s helping me a lot as a small business trying to stay organized
