How to fix Wiser app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wiser app on iPhone
Update Wiser app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wiser iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wiser on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wiser network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wiser Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wiser not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wiser App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wiser » click [Force Stop]

Update Wiser to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wiser App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wiser » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wiser.

Fix Wiser unable to contact server/ Wiser internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wiser » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wiser » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
