I can’t believe how frustrating the payment processing is on this app. On multiple instances, my credit card was repeatedly declined despite all the info being correct, whether I retype it or use the saved info. Had to call my bank the first time, and the second time I just gave up and decided to try another card.
Tried another card, and this time got an error message saying “The sum of the card tips must equal the total tip.” There is no option to place different portions of the tip on different cards or anything, so this message doesn’t even seem applicable to anything on this app’s checkout screen. It was impossible to complete the order until I REMOVED the tip.

I started coming to my local flame broiler & was excited to find out they have rewards through the app, but for the past two months I haven’t been able to redeem a single reward after buying dozens of bowls! At this point it’s just false advertising because you’re unable to redeem in store as well. I’ll be reporting them for this as well, there seems to be no customer support or email to contact. Another annoying thing is they give you 3 free sauces & charge .25 through the app if you pick magic sauce. But in store it’s free and out to get yourself. I just get it in store when I pick up since they want to be greedy.

Did you release an app just to release an app?
The app should automatically pick an available time based on when it can be available. I used default settings to order, put in my card and saved for the future. The app made me go back to select a different time… I picked the next available time, went the to the payment page, and again… couldn’t be ready in time. I went in a 3rd time, selected another 5 mins out, and then the order went in. The employees also have no clue what the app does nor do they know how to use a phone number to look up your account to get credit. Train your employees.
