I wish I could say I had a positive experience with Glasses USA, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I’ve given this company multiple chances, and each time has been a disappointing journey filled with frustration.
First and foremost, the customer service is shockingly poor. I encountered constant delays with my orders, which only worsened due to items being out of stock without any prior notice. Communication has been a major issue as well; it feels like reaching management is nearly impossible, and when you do, the responses are vague at best.
I was promised timely deliveries and compensation for my troubles, but nothing materialized. It seems like empty promises are their specialty, and I never received the courtesy of an apology or any resolution. Each time I chose to give them my business, I was met with the same disheartening set of issues.
If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using Glasses USA. Save yourself the headache and seek out a provider that truly values their customers and can deliver on their promises.
