Tap master is struck

Tap master level 1610, the blocks won't go away unless I tap on them twice. Like it's ghosting the block. Looks like it's going away but doesn't. Then I run out of moves and have to watch the ad over for 30 seconds to get more moves. If it will even go back to the game.

How to fix Tap Master app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tap Master app on iPhone
Update Tap Master app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tap Master iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tap Master on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tap Master network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tap Master Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tap Master not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tap Master App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tap Master » click [Force Stop]

Update Tap Master to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tap Master App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tap Master » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tap Master.

Fix Tap Master unable to contact server/ Tap Master internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tap Master » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tap Master » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tap Master
