hello........... your omg tv service............... i have a OMG FREE TV HD STREAMING PLAYER at my home . but there have some problems from my item that is not working at all . because the Server is busy ... a message to tell me please try again . i do not know what is wrong with my item . i am from New York City .there have some problems with OMG TV APP STORE that are can not watched it tv online at all . will your omg tv service can help me to double check for it please ? and then your service are must need go to fixed from it please as soon as possible ? okay thank you.......... this is my serial number as 252016060000816 and my mac # as 00116B011F2F.

How to fix Omg app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omg app on iPhone
Update Omg app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omg iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omg on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omg network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Omg Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Omg not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omg App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omg » click [Force Stop]

Update Omg to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omg App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omg » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omg.

Fix Omg unable to contact server/ Omg internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omg » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omg » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Omg
