Not Terrible But Not Great

SmartSleepCoach is pretty slow when schedule is “adjusting”. The “How did it go last night” yellow bar at the top has very poor options that wouldn’t apply to most…so I just stopped filling it out. SmartSleepCoach itself seemed to be a minute or two behind the time on my phone because I could never add accurate wake ups until a few minutes after baby had fallen asleep. SmartSleepCoach doesn’t teach you technique, it just helps with the process of sleep training. It gives you wake windows and adjusts the time for you but seems like it wants you to pay forever because you rely on it for the times and adjustments. Teach me how to figure out the wake window, or how to adjust the times for nap and bedtime when I no longer have SmartSleepCoach . And no, I shouldn’t have to ask a sleep consultant any of that when you have classes that teach. They must’ve run out of daily classes because there hasn’t been anything new since I subscribed and I read all the classes during the free trial. As mentioned in other reviews, nothing you can’t learn online. Just the schedule adjusting is helpful, but doesn’t teach you much. Also, I just read a review from February 1st , it says the sleep coach could’ve adjusted the wake windows in the back end if needed… how would she have known the “Sleep coach” was also the engineer? Why would we think of that if it adjusts automatically according to our infant’s rhythm? It’s not clear what you can and cannot help with.

Impressive!

I recently downloaded the Pampers Baby Sleep Training app and I have been so impressed with how it has helped my little one (and me!) get a better night's sleep.

One of the things I love about SmartSleepCoach is that it is from Pampers, a trusted brand in baby care. I know I can trust the advice and guidance provided in SmartSleepCoach . It provides a personalized sleep schedule for my baby based on their age and individual sleep needs.

Another thing I love about SmartSleepCoach is its user-friendly interface. It's easy to use and navigate, and it even has a sleep diary feature where I can track my baby's sleep and see how they are progressing over time.

One thing that sets SmartSleepCoach apart from other baby sleep apps is its focus on helping parents establish healthy sleep habits in their baby. It has a section with helpful tips and techniques for doing so.

Overall, I highly recommend the Pampers Baby Sleep Training app to any parent who is struggling to get their little one to sleep through the night. It has been a lifesaver for me and I know it can help other parents too.

Overpriced

Just a sleep tracking app. There is no information in SmartSleepCoach that you can’t find for free online. I liked the sleep tracking, it helped get my baby back on a schedule with healthy wake windows, but there’s nothing special about SmartSleepCoach in particular. I had issues with SmartSleepCoach and customer support was no help. Edited, Re: Mandy - I have an email response from support saying “check your junk folder,” to which I replied, explaining the problem again, and I received no further response. I eventually reset everything and was able to get back in on my own, only to be kicked out again. I’m not sure how to get access to you, as the “ask a sleep coach” button never worked. SmartSleepCoach is slow and customer service is severely lacking. I also thought this was a smart sleep tracker that would learn my baby’s patterns and adjust accordingly but I guess I was incorrect about that. He is transitioning from one nap to two, and SmartSleepCoach is forcing naps into the schedule that he isn’t taking. So it shows that he napped for an hour at a particular time, when he didn’t, and I can’t delete it. It’s a frustrating experience and not at all helpful. I reached out and tried my best to get support but didn’t receive it. SmartSleepCoach is a waste of money. I got “Baby Feed Timer” and I use their sleep tracker - it’s much more helpful.

Not user friendly - buyer’s remorse

The concept is great, the execution is horrible. I bought the 3 month subscription and am not happy with SmartSleepCoach , but glad I didn’t buy the year long subscription… In theory SmartSleepCoach is for sleep deprived parents trying to get their child to sleep better/longer/etc. but there are no instructions on how to actually record overnight sleep to see when there are wake ups or get a pattern. Apparently you have to remember either the times baby got up and fell asleep overnight and add them in the morning, or remember to start and stop the timer in SmartSleepCoach during the night. Adding an overnight feeding does not automatically create an overnight wake up, apparently it is assumed that it is a dream feed, when personally I think it should be assumed as a wake up with the option to change it as a dream feed. The Home Screen is crowed with the to-do list permanently there, even after you do the tasks, making it difficult to see the whole day and estimated future nap times, etc. Simply being able to make that list shrink or disappear when tasks are completed would make a huge difference. So many other suggestions on how to make SmartSleepCoach better, but for this review- look at the Huckleberry app and don’t waste your time with this one.

Life-changing app!

As a mom of 4, I thought I knew it all! But when daughter was born, I quickly realized I didn’t know everything. She was a troubled sleeper, and it wasn’t easy getting into a sleep rhythm. SmartSleepCoach literally changed our lives after almost a year of not sleeping well. Within a week of using SmartSleepCoach , she was sleeping through the night. We went from 3-4 wake-ups per night to zero. Amazing! Don’t wait to try SmartSleepCoach. I learned new knowledge and put it to use quickly. SmartSleepCoach is user friendly and made it easy to track sleep and get into a groove. Two thumbs up, and I wish I could give it 6 stars instead of 5.

Easy to Use and it works!

I started using SmartSleepCoach a year ago when they had just released it. I’ve seen the improvements they have made. What I liked about SmartSleepCoach was the small, easy to manage education sessions. They kept the momentum going without being overwhelming. When you enter everything in, it is able to tell you when to expect a nap or bedtime. It helped me recognize her signs of sleepiness and get her to bed. After a year, I know what to do if there is a shift in her day and how to get back on track. Thank you for helping me get my daughter to sleep through the night!

By

Great communication

I have been using sleep coach for my 13 month old for less than a week and have noticed HUGE progress in her sleep routine. I wish I hadn’t waited to long to start but glad that I did! The sleep tracker is helpful in suggesting nap and bed times based on previous sleep. The best part has been the communication between the sleep coach and I. She is quick to respond and offer help, reassurance, and feedback. Worth it!

Great app

Really enjoying SmartSleepCoach and the insights it provides. Sometimes it is accurate by the minute when I end up putting my baby to sleep (and I don’t follow schedules, just sleepy cues)

A few suggestions for improvement though:
- I know SmartSleepCoach is about sleep, but it would be great if you could show the time since last feed. Because you don’t I still have to use another app for tracking and it would be great if it was all in one. The calendar view isn’t easy and quick enough. A little timer would be helpful.
- sometimes I am curious whether the smart suggestions really work. My baby often skips his nap in the afternoon and ends up with a really long wake window, but SmartSleepCoach doesn’t suggest an earlier bedtime
- some of the content modules are a bit light on information and underwhelming, I would make sure these are enhanced a little
- personalized insights would be great based on my baby’s sleep. We have a bad habit of nursing to sleep occasionally- you should pick that up from the data and provide suggestions…

Not helpful

SmartSleepCoach is so great in theory, but not helpful in practice. I downloaded it (and paid for an expensive three-month subscription), only to have it spend weeks teaching me the importance of sleep training. It didn’t give any real guidance on the sleep training itself. Just wasted weeks trying to convince me to do it. (I don’t need convincing—that’s why I got SmartSleepCoach . I’m already trying to do it.) All SmartSleepCoach really does is track your child’s sleep and offer a few token tips. I don’t need to spend a bunch of money to be told to lay my child down drowsy-but-awake in a dark room with a comfortable temperature. If you’re desperately hoping to help your child fall asleep independently or stay asleep longer, this won’t help. You’re better off googling a few tips and tracking their sleep with a free app.

By

Slow, repetitive

While the principles in SmartSleepCoach are great and helpful, SmartSleepCoach itself is very slow. It takes a long time to update sleep and access the timer. There’s is also no option to record a wake up during a sleep, so you have to formally stop the sleep and start a new sleep to access the timer. The lessons are overly repetitive and presented as info-bites rather than in-depth instruction. A module format would work better. The user is also prompted to rate each “lesson,” which is both annoying and makes this feel like a beta version of SmartSleepCoach . Lastly, the cost is far more than equally good information available for free online and the timer on your phone or in a much cheaper course by lots of other creators. Overall, I cannot recommend.

Such a great tool

I have to say SmartSleepCoach is really different from what I’ve seen. Tracking is super easy and I can see everything in the schedule, which I love. The content is also great. they always point to the scientific research, and they work with pediatricians and sleep consultants so in terms of quality of information I haven’t seen anything better out there.

By

Not what I was hoping for

Downloaded this out of desperation during a 1am wake up with our 11 month old. SmartSleepCoach only tracks sleep, something I could easily do in my notes app. There’s no information that you don't know or can’t easily find on the internet for free. It’s also very slow to refresh and sometimes wouldn’t let me add the times I wanted, like it would auto correct to a different time than what I had originally put. Overall, it was super unhelpful and I would not recommend spending money on it.
But if you’re reading this, you’re obviously also desperate for sleep and I hope you get some soon 🙏🏻💗💤

So accurate!

This has been a huge improvement in my babies sleep and ours! SmartSleepCoach is very accurate with my baby. I wish I would have used this sooner. We now have a better sleeping schedule and routine and still working on perfecting it! And when I had questions, a sleeping coach will respond quickly and thoroughly!! Definitely recommend!

By

1 week in and already working!

Loved how easy it is to follow along and that SmartSleepCoach gives you time to get ready for sleep training vs jumping straight in. I noticed huge sleep improvements in just a few days following the schedule and now 1 week into sleep training and already my baby is sleeping through! Highly recommend!

By

Amazing app and customer service!

I was struggling to get my baby on a schedule and was following SmartSleepCoach but decided to reach out for more support. Their pediatric sleep consultant responded right away with some additional tips and voila we got my baby girl on a schedule and sleeping through the night! If you’re struggling with sleep I highly recommend this product!

Ease my mind

SmartSleepCoach has helped improve my sleep and my mindset on sleep. Sleep training was always an intimidating concept for me as a first time mom, but SmartSleepCoach and its Sleep Expert helped reframe the way I think about it. I highly recommend SmartSleepCoach for any (new) parent struggling with getting their child to bed independently.

By

Not formatted well

It is next to impossible to add wakeups in SmartSleepCoach . It won’t let you choose a time that it thinks is incorrect, when it’s just that you need to fix ALL FOUR time choices for it to be correct. The problem is that you can’t get them all correct, because as you try to fix it - it autocorrects to what it thinks is correct.
For example, my baby woke up at 5 am and I want to go back and log it at 9 am that same day. It won’t allow you to do it, because how can a baby have a wake up if they’re already up for the day.

By

Basic configuration of app logic is awful

Adding times of naps, sleep, wake ups and feeding is really difficult. You should be able to just set a time by scrolling but the logic SmartSleepCoach uses often prevents you from setting the time. For example I went to add a 6 pm nap a few hours later and it would let me set the start to 6 pm because it had the nap end time “set to before the start time”. If you’re going to add a nap the logic should allow for you to add the start time and then the end time.

ETA: that is the updated version. There was no fix implemented

By

Not worth it

Thought this could be a great app but it’s not properly developed.

1 - It’s not possible to choose sleep training method, you don’t even get to see what options are out there, you just get assigned a method.

2 - It takes a whole week to get started with the sleep training. I understand the tracking of sleep, but if I already have tracked it in the past and just want to get started, there’s just not an option for that.

3 - if you don’t start the training the suggested day, you’ll fall behind and there’s no way to look back on past days. There should be an option to choose the day you want to get started. I couldn’t get started only because my child was sick, and wasn’t able to ever catch up.

4 - I reached out to support about this issue because I still wanted to give SmartSleepCoach a chance but no one responded. It have been 4 days now.

Works great so far

Got it a week ago and been using since. So
Far so good- we are able to follow
Our sleep plan and can see it working slowly but surely. Some small bugs but I guess it’s still new. Recommend to parents who have a hard time
Getting sleep in order.

By

Wanted to like it

I didn’t mind paying $27/mo if it worked. And maybe it does. But after free trial ends and you’re charged, you’re asked whether or not your baby is at least 12 weeks old to begin sleep training. What is the point then of filling out a questionnaire in the beginning about your baby?
My baby was 7 weeks old when I got SmartSleepCoach - I’m not about to pay for a whole month before we can start sleep training. The basic function seemed like a better idea - log every sleep/nap and with time recognize the pattern. But that can be done on a piece of paper, for free :)
Also, no way to change 12/24 hour format.

Worked For Us! 7 m o Sleeping All Night!

When I first downloaded this, I was pretty skeptical, but I wanted to give it a try. The artificial intelligence in SmartSleepCoach gave us a sleep schedule for our daughter. As long as we follow that sleep schedule, our daughter sleeps throughout the night.

We love the notifications that we get when it’s time to put our daughter down for a nap and it lines up almost to the minute with our daughter, giving us signals that she is sleepy.

The learning modules that SmartSleepCoach provides are informative and super easy to complete.

The only thing that we struggled with at times were manually adjusting sleep if we missed tracking a nap or an overnight sleep it has a scroll down feature similar to the alarm in your iPhone app and often times we were trying to submit the wrong date and it wouldn’t let us do it. I just think that part of it could be a little bit more user friendly.

Too pricey for what it does

It has an AI generated schedule and pre-recorded videos. For this stuff, charging $100/ year is way too much. Anybody can generate stuff like these nowadays with Bing AI unfortunately. You have to price better than this.

The AI has not been accurate enough for me. That’s another bummer. I wish it could be better but it’s not.

I also think that the videos and contents are too elaborate to the point where a parent does not have the time to read all of them. It’s like a college course. I don’t have time for it. I knew most of the content provided through my pediatrician. You can make it more concise. Once again, Bing AI or any other ChatGPT can provide shorter summaries unfortunately.

Three Days In

I’m lying in bed writing this review at 2:13am. My 4-month-old, who has been going through a nasty sleep regression the past two weeks (2-3 wakes per night, 30-minute naps IF she naps at all, cranky all day, Mom is cranky all night…) is STILL asleep, and I put her to bed around 6pm.

Do yourself a favor and download SmartSleepCoach.

Disappointed

I wanted to like SmartSleepCoach so much but since using it I've come across many issues. After completing several of the courses I find out I can't access my baby's sleep plan until he's 12 weeks old (he's only 6 weeks). So now I've paid for a 3 month subscription and can only use it for its intended use for a portion of that time. The other really annoying issue is the internal timer when recording a nursing session. On many occasions in there middle of using the timer, I've exited SmartSleepCoach only to come back and see that the timer has reset itself back to zero so I have no idea how long I've been nursing for. Tonight when doing a night feeding the timer wouldn't even start at all so I had to manually input the feeding session. What's the point of this timer function if it doesn't even work properly half the time?!?!

I gave SmartSleepCoach one star because I like that I can track my baby's naps and wake windows which I find very helpful however the smart AI tool has issues as well when adjusting his schedule. I track all of his naps including any wake ups he has during the naps. The AI continues to suggest a 5th nap every day around 5pm which my baby refuses no matter how many times I try and doesn't readjust the schedule!! So dumb and definitely not worth a paid subscription for how expensive SmartSleepCoach is. Also most of the information in the courses is stuff I already knew just from reading on google which is free. Waste of money.

Really frustrating

I have been struggling with “sleep training expert” advice since I started reading about it when I was pregnant. I usually find it frustrating when books or articles make claims not backed by any real science but up until SmartSleepCoach purchase I’ve never paid so much for it. I should’ve done the “free trail” (or better yet, listened to the first negative review I read that said SmartSleepCoach offered nothing new if you had read more than 3 books on sleep) I paid for a month but have deleted after 2 days because the unfounded content frustrates me so much.

By

Dynamic app totally helps!!

SmartSleepCoach has been so great at getting us through the 3-2 nap transition at 8mo. Previous apps we were using were not dynamic enough to know to update her night sleep times… and that has saved us here!! We’re finally getting back on track all thanks to the advice of SmartSleepCoach and how well it tracks sleep and wake-ups. My only issue with SmartSleepCoach is that for a caregiver to share the subscription they have to be on your Apple family plan and our caregiver is not family/not able to join our family plan. We found a workaround using an iPad at home, but this is definitely a setback if care is out of the home or if our caregiver leaves the home with baby.

A game changer for sleep training

I have been using the Pampers Sleep Coach app for a few weeks now, and I must say it has done wonders for my baby's sleep routine.

Firstly, SmartSleepCoach 's interface is user-friendly and visually appealing. It's easy to navigate through the different features and find what you need!

The sleep training programs offered by SmartSleepCoach are fantastic. They provide step-by-step guidance on how to establish healthy sleep habits for your baby. I found the tips and advice provided by the sleep experts to be incredibly valuable.

Overall, I highly recommend the Pampers Sleep Coach app to all parents who are struggling with their baby's sleep routine. It has been a life saver for me, and I have seen a significant improvement in my baby's sleep patterns since using it. Thank you, Pampers, for creating such a fantastic app!

Amazing resource

Being a second time mom, I am aware of my previous struggles and one of them was sleep! Finding SmartSleepCoach has been so helpful for me. I would lose track of how long my child has slept for, how long I nursed them, and which side I left off on. SmartSleepCoach does it all for you so you’re not left questioning how long your little one has slept. It also has SO many resources and tips to make sure you have a successful journey with your child’s sleep.

By

Worth it

My 6 month old baby was waking several times a night and napping no longer than 30 minutes mostly only when we were holding her. After two weeks of using SmartSleepCoach, she’s sleeping mostly through the night, falling asleep independently, and today each of her three naps were over an hour in her crib. My baby is noticeably happier and so are my husband and I. I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $1.99 for any app before this or reviewed anything but this is worth it. So user friendly and easy and encouraging to follow.

By

Saved my sanity

I was skeptical about SmartSleepCoach bc of the price, but I am so relieved and happy with it. My boy is 8 months old and was waking 5-7x every single night since he was about 3 months old. I was desperate. The first night he woke up 3x. After a week we are down to 1x a night. It tracks your baby’s sleep and tells you when they should be going down next. I did think there would be more readings/resources, but honestly now that my baby’s sleeping I am happy.

Great content but too costly

SmartSleepCoach is really well done. The sleep tracking works well and you can add feedings too, but both of these things can be done on other free apps. The sleep training component was really helpful and encouraging, there is lots of great helpful content and it provides parents with reassurance during a difficult time. There are different sleep training methods offered depending on whether you want to move quickly or slowly and how involved you want to be in reassuring and training your baby. All of this info is readily available online but it is nice to have it in one place from one trusted resource. However, all that being said I think the cost for SmartSleepCoach subscription is much too high. It feels like taking advantage of desperate sleep deprived parents. I think SmartSleepCoach is excellent and deserves to be paid for, just not at such a high cost. I would pay up to $10 one time or $5-10 monthly but not more. This was my 3rd time sleep training a baby, so I was already familiar with all of the content, but if you are new to sleep training then it might be worth the cost of the monthly subscription. I tried out the free trial and it is great but I won’t be continuing with the subscription.

Premium price for a very budget app

I really regret paying for SmartSleepCoach, but they prayed on my desperation at 3am with a wide awake baby.

Has my baby’s sleep improved, debatable, but I’ve only used it for 5 days. My problem is with the usability of SmartSleepCoach though. It’s slow, it’s not intuitive, I’m constantly getting error messages, I have to take 10 steps to do something that feels like it should only take 2. When we’re talking about an app I’m paying premium money for and using multiple times a day, this is extremely important.

If I had just taken a few extra minutes to look for app alternatives I would’ve found Napper earlier. This is a much better priced app, and it is significantly better designed. Which is why I am counting my losses and switching to that one and will not look back.

By

Overpriced. No 1:1 with sleep couch.

I wanted to like SmartSleepCoach but I’m hugely disappointed and having buyers remorse. After purchasing the 3 month subscription I did everything according to the plan for my little one. I feel that there is more approaches than just the standards that there is. My baby didn’t do well with the chair until she slept backing it up slowly out of the room. She also didn’t do well with going in reassuring. Step out and wait for protest. My husband didn’t even like that term. “Protest”. I’ve emailed for the sleep couch for questions and haven’t received a reply in almost a week. I wish SmartSleepCoach had guarantee if it worked or get your money back. Glad it works for some but not all. I just had to keep telling myself “every baby is different but SmartSleepCoach isn’t flexible”.

Thank you

I am not and have never been a good sleeper. I know I want my son to have a fighting chance but what we were doing prior to SmartSleepCoach was a little chaotic. SmartSleepCoach gives me a template of how my day may go and helps me plan better and make a routine for my almost 8 month old. Before it I was very overwhelmed. It’s been only a week and I have seen such an improvement in the way he falls and stays asleep. I used to laugh at the “drowsy but awake” mantra and now I’m living it. There is so much more consistency in his sleep. We are working on staying asleep past 5am, but the improvements I’ve seen have given me the confidence in both myself and my son to push through and stay consistent as well and start to work on nap time and conquering these contact naps. SmartSleepCoach may not work for everyone immediately but I think it’s worth a try. The price is fair to me and I’m surprised a lot of people said it was too high. This is more than a sleep tracking app despite what other reviews say. There’s a little more help involved and the positive messages, tips, and lessons help me so much. At least take advantage of the free trial! Good luck, parents!

Misleading & often contradicts itself

Biggest thing is this is the cry it out method no matter how you look at it. Putting your baby in a crib with you present or not and let them them cry till the fall asleep is cry it out and there is a lot of research that this creates issues emotionally and developmentally. Besides that the contradictions that this gives is insane! 1. They say to cap naps at 2 hours but will often give me a suggested nap over 2 hours?! Makes no sense. 2. They say early on you can do just sleep training and napping later or whenever, then at the end of the articles it says that you need to do the method with naps as well? Which one is it? 3. It says in the FAQ “I’m putting my baby to bed at 8pm is that too late?” And it says “yes, you don’t want it later than 7/7:30” but it suggest a 8pm bedtime for my 4 month old every day. This alone made me decide not to even attempt their sleep coaching approaches as I can’t trust them. We instead decided to do drowsy but awake and if she cries for longer than 1-2 minutes we pick her up re assure her then when she’s ready put her back down. In about 4 days she started putting herself asleep with little to no crying and she didn’t feel like we were just leaving her alone (in a chair next to her or not) save your money and get a different program!

Disappointing

Really disappointed with SmartSleepCoach. I thought I would give it at least the week-long trial period but didn’t like it. When I tried to cancel it turns out they had already billed me so now I’m stuck with it. My biggest issue is there seems to be something wonky with the AI when it comes to the suggested sleep schedule. SmartSleepCoach recommends a long morning nap for my 12-month-old daughter and short afternoon nap, and based on this a suggested bedtime of 7:30 pm. But she is in daycare and they do an hour-long morning nap and two-hour afternoon nap. For some reason a longer afternoon nap makes SmartSleepCoach suggest she go to bed at 6, which is when we eat dinner … I thought it may recalibrate after a few days but it hasn’t. She gets groggy around 7:30. So this sleep schedule portion is completely useless. Some of the content was helpful but at least 75% is information I knew. And there has been nothing to assist with her disdain for her crib. I feel like this has been nothing but a waste of money and I wish I never subscribed.

Not for our kiddo

The functionality and knowledge base is great but the algorithm didn’t seem to be our speed. It often told us to reduce naps to an extremely short length when he had a bad night of sleep which just made everything worse. It also seemed to be insisting on two naps when it turned out 1 nap is working much better for us. It was some of the worst sleep we had in months. We tried it for 1.5 months before giving up. Maybe it works better for younger babies. Ours is 15 months now and is sleeping better with a different schedule than the one SmartSleepCoach seemed to be stuck on. *edit* I did reach out to one of their sleep experts who responded within a week and was very thorough. They landed on it being a behavioral habit. Unfortunately at that point I was too strung out to continue with this particular program, so I would recommend reaching out earlier than I did for help.

Multiple People Can’t Use The App

I’m liking SmartSleepCoach so far. I’ve only had it for a day. The biggest flaw I’m finding is you can’t share the account with another parent or babysitter. They should create an option to add people to your account. Especially when there is multiple people watching your kid. If I’m not home, I’d want my husband to use SmartSleepCoach to know when to put our son down. Or if we’re both not home and I want the babysitter to use it, she should be able to have access. I was raving about SmartSleepCoach today to my husband and told him he needs to download it and log into my account. He wasn’t able to. We tried numerous times. Why does it matter if more than one person is using SmartSleepCoach ? It’s for the same baby. We’re paying for SmartSleepCoach . Please make the update.

Great app, HIGH price!

I tried SmartSleepCoach out of desperation. All the mom groups in the world couldn’t help me figure out hot to get my baby to nap for more than 20 minutes or sleep at least one good stretch during the night. SmartSleepCoach fixed that within two days. I recorded every nap, sleep and started to feel like things would get better. I started to notice my baby’s sleepy cues more when it hinted a nap should be soon. The trial ended and we just cannot afford any of the options! One month over $20, three months almost $80 and a year is $120 something. As a low income, full time student, none of those options work unfortunately. Maybe $15 a month would be nice. I’ll be looking for a new app, but hopefully I can apply what I’ve learned so far and not rely on an app.

LIFE SAVER

we’ve only been using SmartSleepCoach for five days and have already seen HUGE sleep improvements for our 4 month old. For the past month, she was going through a sleep regression and waking up every two hours at night and her naps were all over the place. SmartSleepCoach helped get us all on a sleep schedule and gave us parents a sense of control when there really isn’t any. Our baby is learning how to put herself to sleep and even slept 11 hours uninterrupted last night! Thank you, Pamper’s!!!
