They give you all the advice you need but not actually coach you when you have questions. They just tell you “oh her homeostatic sleep drive is off because too much or too little sleep, you should fix that. Hope this helps!” When my baby was struggling they didn’t tell me ANYTHING. Just oh that’s a problem. they'll regulate sleep soon, like???how am I supposed to regulate her sleep?? I would like to know how!!!
I’m paying for this service to help me because I don’t know what to do!!
That earlier “advice” was an Actual conversation I had with a “sleep coach”. Not even sure those people are actual pediatrics and they use buzz words to make it sound like they know what they are talking about. And the wake windows aren’t accurate. You’re better off just looking up a method and testing out wake windows yourself. I have wasted my money.

I didn’t mind paying $27/mo if it worked. And maybe it does. But after free trial ends and you’re charged, you’re asked whether or not your baby is at least 12 weeks old to begin sleep training. What is the point then of filling out a questionnaire in the beginning about your baby?
My baby was 7 weeks old when I got the app - I’m not about to pay for a whole month before we can start sleep training. The basic function seemed like a better idea - log every sleep/nap and with time recognize the pattern. But that can be done on a piece of paper, for free :)
Also, no way to change 12/24 hour format.

I really regret paying for this app, but they prayed on my desperation at 3am with a wide awake baby.
Has my baby’s sleep improved, debatable, but I’ve only used it for 5 days. My problem is with the usability of the app though. It’s slow, it’s not intuitive, I’m constantly getting error messages, I have to take 10 steps to do something that feels like it should only take 2. When we’re talking about an app I’m paying premium money for and using multiple times a day, this is extremely important.
If I had just taken a few extra minutes to look for app alternatives I would’ve found Napper earlier. This is a much better priced app, and it is significantly better designed. Which is why I am counting my losses and switching to that one and will not look back.
