I ordered one because of good reviews until I noticed bad reviews on BLANBOK. Now I know why they wouldn’t want anyone to leave negative reviews. Firstly instructions are terrible. You can’t open any folder that you made with photos you saved in there. Thank goodness I didn’t delete my original photos and videos. Don’t buy this app+. You’ll waste your money and time.

I bought BLANBOK to and the flash drive to make video storage easy. BLANBOK doesn’t let me use my iPhone SE’s camera app. Instead, it provides a camera with just record and stop capabilities. I can use the flash drive as a regular flash drive on my PC, so not a total waste. Without this watered down app, My iPhone doesn’t see the flash drive. I don’t recommend it. Also it uses a codec no longer supported by Microsoft. You have to buy it for $1. Not a big deal, but it shows how dated BLANBOK is.

I brought this product to be able to transfer my iPhone photos to my non Apple computer. The first day everything worked great with removing the photos from my phone to the hardware but a few days later I want to put my photos on the computer and the hardware no longer works on my device or anyone else's. Now all of my photos are gone. This is a terrible product and app DO NOT BUY

I followed all the instructions even watched some tutorial videos and BLANBOK still did not work properly. I wanted to make albums, add pictures to those albums and save them in the external option which is the actual USB and the picture were not transferring or saving. Every time I would go back and select an album I would get an error message and could not access it. It was a total fail.

I see now that BLANBOK does not have good reviews and wish I had read thru these before purchasing the drive- which did have good reviews. As with others it seems, I get nothing but an error message when trying to use it and at this point even if I were to get it to work I would not trust it to store my photos or files. So it was just a big waste of money that I do not have to spare, & a useless waste of resources. :-/

Loaded photos from phone. Flipped the connector and plugged it into the computer. Started using the computer to created new folders and move photos into them. They dragged in and seemed okay. Now they are gone. The total volume used on the drive shows it is storing data consistent with the number of photos I moved but visually there is nothing showing on the drive…the developer website linked here in Apple Store does not go anywhere…good times.

I have the usb/drive but scared to use it or even download BLANBOK from looking at the ratings. My gut feeling is just telling me to go with a better one. (Which I always have to go with my gut) I feel as if I wasted my money on a paper weight. It’s still in the box! Looks like the reviews say that there are alot of bugs and problems so I can’t trust it based on reviews. Hope they get it fixed and together but based on the ratings doesn’t look like they have no intentions. Bummer☹️😞🥺🙁😥😓

BLANBOK often freezes up, gives error messages and does recognize the external hard drive . I might have to return the device if they don’t fix BLANBOK .

I’ve purchased two other USB Blanbox+ drives with no problems and they worked as described. It wasn’t until I got the third one that it gave me problems. It would not communicate with my iPhone 11 or 13. Support was on top of the issue right away. Good response time. They replied within 2 hours with a step by step solution. The drive wasn’t communicating or recognizing the EXFAT file. So, zI followed the step by step instructions & first tried formatting the drive with my Apple computer and it didn’t work, just won’t do it. So I tried formatting the drive with my Old Dell lap top using Microsoft and I had success loading the EXFAT file. Now the USB works on all of my iPhones, the 10x, 11 & 13 pro max. Great job Support!!!!! Keep up the good work!

I am using the same iPhone and have updated my iOS software to the latest version. Please help me because I cannot access my photos and videos. I have not changed my password!

BLANBOK is working really well on my phone. It does everything it’s saying it would such as backing up and transferring data etc. I haven’t had any problems with it so far and it’s pretty convenient and intuitive to use.

So I’m not really sure why other reviewers had trouble with this, I have an iPhone with the latest operating system and everything worked first try. Just follow the instructions and don’t upload everything at once.

App works great for transferring data between my phone and external storage device. It works flawlessly! Now I can quickly move photos and videos on or off my phone. Now I can move photos easily to device for quick printing. BLANBOK is easy to use and reliable- I downloaded it and within minutes had my iPhone photos on my storage device.

After the latest update, I noticed a difference and it fixed the bugs. Glad I have this option for my iPhone now.

I would say this is a pretty simple app but does the job. The transfers are quick and easy and the instructions provided in the guide are easy to follow.

BLANBOK is pretty easy to use. So convenient to move the files in and out of the phone to make more storage or any other needs.

Love that it’s a small app doesn’t take up much space. It’s pretty easy to use. It worked great on my phone. I haven’t had any issues so far.
