Femia is a scam. I wish I had. There’s no way to cancel.

I’m underwhelmed with that app. Also something is dodgy- I believe I paid for a 3 month period but there is no record or receipt and no way to cancel because it does not show up as a subscription. I imagine they are going to sneakily charge me and I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card. I’ve contacted them several times at their support email and have gotten no response.

I love Femia until I tried to cancel the subscription. I followed the instructions on Femia but when looking into my ISO, Femia is not listed. So I contacted Apple & they instructed that I needed to contact this app consumer service, which I did, 5 times. I only get auto generated AI replies that say the same thing over and over again. Or it instructs me to go to the website, which only allows you to take a quiz, there are no other options. So as long as you never want to cancel, Femia is worth it.

I came across Femia on Instagram and sighed up for the first week. Then I signed up for the month. Once I tried to sign in, nothing was visible in terms of premium features. I’m so disappointed with Femia. I even emailed them and have yet to hear back.

I wanted to cancel before the free trial expired but there is no way to cancel. They say to cancel in App Store but when I go there Femia doesn’t even show as being subscribed. They already charged me $38 USD and not replied to my email. There is no phone number to contact directly. I want my money back!!!

The only way to see what Femia has to offer is signing up and paying for it. The minute I got access to Femia I saw it was not worth it and it had nothing new to add to what I know. I immediately asked to cancel and refund. And for 3 days I have been sending emails to customer support and I only get automated responses without solution. It doesn’t appear on apple subscriptions as they said in order to cancel. There is no other contact method to request help. Don’t fall for the trap!

Femia seems to be pretty useless. I entered my information as requested about my lifestyle, health, etc and somehow the info that Femia has for me is completely inaccurate, which means its suggestions for me will be inaccurate. There is no way to fix it. I reached out to support twice and they didn’t help me. I also asked for a refund and they won’t offer one at all. It’s just a waste of time and money and there are many other apps out there offering similar but better features. People don’t necessarily have time to wait when looking at fertility, so I’m pretty unhappy overall.

They don’t let you cancel, I can’t find any way to cancel this and I have already send email regarding this issue, it’s such a scam and really disappointing!

I requested a refund and these phony people reply that the service team will get back to you in less than 24hrs and nada ! I been trying to get ahold of someone for a month ! I need a number to speak to someone like yesterday ! Get it together

Bad app!! App keep charging my card and I have been trying to get a hold of someone for a week. I been canceled my subscription. I really didn’t want to give no stars.

How is it going to try to diagnose me that I have bad eggs ? And also my period was one day late and tried telling me I had health problems. Don’t use Femia unless you want more anxiety especially if you are ttc

Do not get Femia. It tells you to go to your app settings to cancel but is not even listed in ur settings that u have an account. There is nothing special about Femia and i want to cancel my subscription

I paid for a subscription and wanted to cancel but there’s no way to cancel because it doesn’t show up as a subscription since I paid with my credit card and not through App Store.

How do I cancel this now?

Did a 3 month subscription to see if I liked it, didn’t like it, followed the steps to cancel the subscription but still get charged for that subscription that I’m no longer subscribed to. Tried to reach out to let them know but you only talk to an automated system through email and they send the same email for every reply. Don’t give yourself the headache

Femia is hard to navigate and I hate that I’m not able to add symptoms without analyzing them. I don’t need to analyze a negative pregnancy every time I enter it. Also they offer no way to cancel within Femia , have to go though Apple subscriptions and if you’re stupid like me and use PayPal there’s no way to cancel. I have just sent my second email asking to cancel and no response yet. Will have to start disputing with PayPal if they charge again.

I downloaded Femia and did the 7 day trial. It was glitchy and didn’t save my information. I unsubscribed from Femia but it still charged me $34 dollars and now I’m still trying to cancel it so I don’t get charged again.

Femia gives conflicting information and takes advantage of women trying to conceive. It gives false hope and there are free ovulation calculators out there….If I could post screenshots I would. So which one is it!? In one it tells me to take a pregnancy test at cycle day 26, in an article it says “If you are concerned about pregnancy, take a urine pregnancy test. Just wait till 1-2 weeks after your missed period to get the correct result.”


If I could PLEASE get my money back that would be nice……kinda need it for infertility treatments….

Femia and its customer service is terrible and extortive. They make it impossible to cancel the subscription. I tried to cancel the subscription by emailing them for 1 month. They did not respond to me requests for cancellations. All the while I was being charged $40 a month which is a crazy fee for an app. Then finally I contacted them on instagram and they replied to me email but they said there was nothing they could do as I did not email them in time. I provided screenshots that I did email them and they still refused to refund me. I will be disputing the charge as well as reporting this company.

I like Femia, it helps me keep track.
I didn’t sign up for the subscription, just for the free parts of Femia , yet I was billed and I can’t seem to get support to help me cancel the subscription and refund me. It is not in my app subscription for Apple, which is how it tells me to cancel but since I didn’t sign up it’s not there. I have emailed support 3 different times and no response. I just want help canceling the subscription…

Would not recommend. You must email customer service to cancel a subscription even though all of their FAQs say that it won’t renew if it’s not in your active subscriptions. The customer service takes a week to respond between emails. Overall I feel there are way better apps available that are less expensive and better service.

I just paid for the subscription and my app won’t open, when it does it blank nothing is popping up. Now I loss my $39.99 for Femia and I can’t use it.

Totally ordinary calendar based ovulation tracker. Apple health that’s already on your phone will give you the same functionality. Ads promise a “fertility plan” - news flash, there is no plan, just a calendar and a resource library.

Femia is not what I wanted and I’ve been contacting customer service for 3 or so days to cancel and get a refund and all I get is automated responses and it’s not showing up under Apple to be able to cancel and request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

I downloaded Femia thinking it was a legitimate service, but it’s nothing more than a scam. Femia promises a lot of features, but once you get in, it's just a trap to get your money. They lure you in with fake positive reviews and flashy marketing, but don't be fooled.

Femia forces you to sign up for a "free trial," which is nearly impossible to cancel before they start charging you exorbitant fees. The customer service is non-existent—they don’t respond to emails, and there’s no way to contact them directly. On top of that, Femia is riddled with ads and pop-ups that make it nearly unusable.

To make matters worse, I found out that Femia collects personal data without clear consent and shares it with third parties. I’m deeply concerned about the security of my information.

Please save yourself the trouble and avoid Femia at all costs. It’s designed to take your money and offers nothing in return. Report it if you can—no one else should fall victim to this scam.

Does not assist with menopause only if you still menstruate

Femia is not what it advertised to help you learn more about your body, sexual health etc it is a fertility tracker. Signed up for the trial period, attempted to cancel before the trial period was up and even emailed support which stated I needed to cancel through my Apple ID however I had not signed up through my Apple ID. There is no way to cancel even after numerous emails and they keep charging the monthly subscription fee do not download.

I was recommended Femia through Instagram & it was advertised as a fertility & cycle tracking app to help me fall pregnant. This little quiz it had me do was enticing and I paid for a subscription and was excited to open Femia but upon doing so was instantly disappointed. Firstly, I’ve used a lot of cycle tracking apps and this one seems very basic & doesn’t have anything special going on. I also got the customized fertility plan- again, very basic and some of the “advice” is outright incorrect and unhelpful for fertility. Secondly, why the heck is an app advertised to help me get pregnant recommending me articles about anal sex?? Highly inappropriate in my opinion, not my mention unrelated and potentially harmful. There are so many other apps with better features and not shoving this content in your face. I would not recommend & will be canceling my subscription.

This merchant is not responding me back from 2-3 days. I purchase Femia and want to cancel subscription but not allowing me. I can not see Femia in my iOS subscription and they are charging from apply pay. Very unethical.

Just DLed Femia and right off the bat it’s not allowing me to log a short period I recently had because it’s ’too short to be a period’. Well heavy bleeding for 2 days seems like a period to me especially as I’ve recently entered perimenopause and my periods are now irregular. I know the difference between spotting and bleeding, but I can’t find anything on Femia about perimenopause.

I got Femia in hoping to help me conceive like it advertise and after doing the three month subscription, I’m seeing only the same repetitive information and it’s not even coming up with different suggestions of why I’m having a hard time conceiving or if I have any common symptoms of any infertility issues so it’s just like any other app but I’m paying for it so I’m trying to cancel and I sent two emails already with photos showing that there is no way for me to cancel the subscription because it’s not underneath my subscriptions and it keeps sending me this generic email about someone’s going to contact me soon, but no one hasn’t so I wouldn’t recommend a subscription and I’m forced to switch over card information because no one’s reaching back to me and they still took 70+ dollars out of my account.

I was excited by the analytics offered in Femia, however it seems to fall flat. I cant customize/add my own symptoms like with Clue and can only select certain symptoms at a time. Its not as diverse or flexible as I need it to be. Additionally, my biggest issue is the this app app has the year wrong for the calendar. It says I'm in 2022, January 2023 is a “future date,” and when going into the year overview, I can click on February-December and it says they are 2024 but January is listed as 2023 and is the “future.” But that still makes the “current” year I'm tracking in as 2022. I know it’s not my error because todays date in the this app calendar matches the day of the week it really is. This is a major oversight and I do not feel like I can trust Femia. Unfortunate, but how does an app go through many stages of development and miss this huge error?? If something simple like the year is wrong, how can I trust the analytics and cycle information?

I am quite disappointed by Femia. I’m giving two stars because as a period tracker and ovulation predictor, it gets the job done. The suggestions it provides, on the other hand, are all AI generated. This means that if you have the same symptoms, Femia just tells you the same information day after day. I don’t feel like I’ve learned anything about myself or my fertility like I was promised by advertising. To make it worse, I’m trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund, and their customer service keeps ghosting me and refusing to answer. I would not recommend Femia to anyone.

Femia has some nice features and valuable content about improving sex life, but it seems riddled with errors and typos. There are some screens with text that look like they should be scrolled down, but they’re frozen and won’t allow scrolling to finish reading the text. It gives a messy user experience. Femia subscription also doesn’t appear in Femia Store, and I’m not the first person with this issue. I had to send an email asking to cancel my subscription, and got an automated response saying it’s been automatically canceled but that I can reach out to speak with a real person if needed. Femia emails say it’s based in Cyprus, which is weird.

I got this because it was touted as a great way to enrich sex life/pleasure. I was confused when I saw it was a pregnancy/period tracker. I don’t have periods and don’t want pregnancy. The little quips about how to increase pleasure are not enough for the price. It is kind of a joke. It might be great for someone wanting to get pregnant but it’s not for me.

I NEVER write reviews but as a girls girl… yall gotta be warned! I give Femia two stars because I do find the information given very educational. i love the flow of Femia and it could be very useful especially the AI chat. I paid $30+ a month for Femia and it was not worth it! I used Femia for two reasons, the first was to prevent pregnancy and the second was to try to conceive. If you are using Femia to track your circle to prevent pregnancy, IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!! if you are trying to use Femia to TTC, IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!!! While i did not get pregnant when i didn’t want to because of other precautions; I input over two years of data- periods, symptoms, ovulations, etc and it took my partner and i 10 months to conceive. i deleted Femia and just went with the flow and used a free app to track ovulation and within in the FIRST MONTH I was pregnant. the information was completely wrong about my ovulation and other data by over a week! if you are using Femia to try and prevent pregnancy by tracking your cycle, BE WEARY!! Now that i am pregnant i wanted to see how the apps pregnancy function was… i had to input my due date TWO WEEKS ahead of the clinical due date because the apps timeline did not line up. don’t pay for it, get the other free apps offered.

I have used Flo for years. this app seems like a copy of Flo but not quite as useful. The calendar is jumps from January 2022-February 2023, so basically all of 2022 can’t be logged. For me, that meant I couldn’t log my first pregnancy from 2022. I contacted support twice about this and never heard a response, and the bug was never fixed. I will stick with Flo, which has a free version that does all the same things that this app’s paid version can do.

I got Femia because it showed the predicted ovulation date (unlike some apps) which was super helpful. However, the more I use it, the less thrilled I am. First, on the calendar view, the developers made a typo and I’m looking at something that says “pregnancy sings” instead of “signs” every day. That should’ve been the first red flag at their attention to detail.

There are also multiple symptoms that I’m not allowed to select at certain times of the month even though I’m experiencing them. Just because their algorithm says I shouldn’t experience anything like that yet doesn’t mean I don’t. So this leads to inaccurate logging.

Lastly, I recently got my period which clearly means I am not pregnant. I logged that I had my cycle every day for those normal 4 days. Within those 4 days and after, I got multiple notifications to take a pregnancy test to see if I’m pregnant even though I clearly told Femia that I’m not. This is incredibly disheartening when trying to conceive.

I never leave app reviews, but the clear lack of attention to detail is completely ridiculous here. The developers and strategists need to work a little harder.

I'm really enjoying the this app app. It has a beautiful design and is very easy to navigate. I'm a new user so we'll see how it goes but so far so good.

Femia tells me when to have sex and when to see the pregnancy signs I’m trying for baby #2 it’s very helpful

Paid $40 for year but it wasn’t update even what my symptoms are.
