I love FertilityFriendFFApp, even paid for the membership but it irks me that it's so tailored to trying to conceive. There's lots of tips and information for how to increase your chances of pregnancy but I don't need *any* help in that department. I want to see tips for trying to avoid pregnancy, information about the different and best methods to go about that and why they work, and maybe even some kind of feature that helps me keep track of when in my cycle my partner and I should begin using alternative methods in order to avoid getting pregnant and/or when we can stop using them. Actual notifications would be good too—to remind me to check my cervix every day, take OPK’s or pregnancy tests, to enter the days info, etc.

This is an incredible tool, it’s just not totally perfect. I truly recommend it and there are far more good things than bad, but some of the filtering abilities are not amazing, and I find entering custom data to be annoying...not only that but if you remove a custom data item it doesn’t remove it from your chart. Lastly, I uploaded a chart to the gallery, and it added incorrect tags to it that I did NOT add...because It did that to me, I’m not sure I can truly trust the other public charts.

I also really wish there was an option to allow people to see the user attached to a chart. The community here is great, but when I find a set of charts similar to mine, it would be amazing if that person and I could connect to talk (if the sharing user allows that option)

That all said, I still plan to use it as I find it to be the most accurate tool out there available

Today after this update, I opened FertilityFriendFFApp and it says I have no internet connection, despite being on WiFi and LTE at home where I’ve always used FertilityFriendFFApp . I paid for the VIP membership and now I can’t use it. I was using FertilityFriendFFApp all the time (looked at it last night) and would continue to do so but I’m afraid to delete it and risk loosing all my data in FertilityFriendFFApp . I love FertilityFriendFFApp. Used it through the last 2 years of my husband and I trying to have kids. I hope it gets resolved soon so I can keep using FertilityFriendFFApp otherwise I’m going to have to start over with all my tracking which would be extremely frustrating.

Previously I had used FertilityFriendFFApp to PREVENT pregnancy (which I should point out is NOT recommended) along with iCycleBeads and it actually worked really well for me. Then hubby and I decided we were ready for baby number 3, and I was so regular I wasn’t tracking much of anything. Then my last couple of cycles were completely haywire so I decided I’d start tracking heavily on FertilityFriendFFApp to figure out what’s going on and when we should, uh, focus our efforts. One month later and we are preggers! I love the BBT graph and that you can track so many other factors like headaches, stress, cramping, medication, energy level, libido, etc. and you can personalize your own factors as well. FF is straightforward but detailed enough to be better than any sort of tracking I could do on my own. Would recommend (and have recommended to several family members and friends).

Without this software I'm not sure where I'd be. For someone with a history of irregular cycles FF is a life-changing tool to conceive and avoid when family planning without artificial contraceptives which many choose not to use today in their marriages for religious and health reasons.

I have had an iPhone for 5 years now and I can easily record my data daily from my bedside and update symptoms throughout the day! No longer do I have to use just my laptop.

It's designed perfectly. Thank you for evolving with the times! Makes life so much easier!

I have used FertilityFriendFFApp for the past 17 years. Once you figure out what your fertility signs are, (this comes from charting for a good four to six months) you can easily see when ovulation is coming. I had seven pregnancies charted on Fertility Friend and 4 live births. If trying for your first, make sure to BD at least a few days before ovulation. (The best, is every day until ovulation and then the day of and 1 day after too.)
So I’m premenopausal now and still tracking for gyno health. All I do is do the start and stop of my period and if there is any mid cycle spotting. I plan on teaching my daughter how to use FertilityFriendFFApp too once she starts because it’s so helpful for just knowing when it’s coming. (Trips, health, Drs appointments.). I’ve used the info for so much. Good luck to all of you who are trying. God bless you!

This is definitely the most helpful ttc app I found (and I tried several.) I started with the free charting course that teaches you everything you need to know about temping and charting! There are so many features on FertilityFriendFFApp that make you feel more in control during a stressful time where you don’t really have a lot of control by reassuring you that you’re doing as much as you can each month. The only downside is that the paid subscription is pretty expensive monthly, and I didn’t want to buy a full year because of course every month I was hopeful it would only take one more month!

I started using the Fertility Friend website over 15 years ago when we were trying to conceive. I learned so much from charting my cycles and reading the book they recommended, Taking Charge of Your Fertility. After our children were born, I continued to use Fertility Friend to record my cycle dates. When they released the iPhone app, I switched to using it exclusively, and it has continued to work perfectly. Now that I’m nearing menopause, I appreciate being able to look back and see changes over time. FertilityFriendFFApp is always analyzing data, and predicts my next cycle based on my trends. It’s so much more than a calendar!

Trusted for 17 years, FF has taught me so much over the years! I’ve made lifelong friendships, tracked many cycles and documented my fertility over the years. Through my infertility struggles I was able to show my reproductive team exactly what was going on with my body so they knew of the best places to start. I’ve been blessed to conceive 3 children using FertilityFriendFFApp and to be able to compare my symptoms and such, all these years later. I’d be lost without FF! I’m so thankful that I chose a place that was stable, supportive and safe that has lasted all these years. I don’t have to worry of my information disappearing. It’s so beautiful to visit and remember my pregnancies.

I found FF after joining a subreddit that referenced it a lot. I started really tracking after getting off hormonal birth control, complications from a LEEP procedure and PCOS diagnosis since my cycles were out of whack. They became longer and much harder to predict ovulation. Along with BBT and OPK testing, FF makes it really easy to input data and have visibility to the bigger picture of what’s going on. VIP is worth it for the Lightbox feature alone. No more guessing if the test line is as dark as the control line on an OPK. FF even offers a free course to take to learn all things about fertility! Still trying to conceive but the data is extremely helpful while working with an RE.

FertilityFriendFFApp helped so very much for us! I cannot recommend it highly enough. We were able to conceive our child after learning all the ins and outs of tracking. When nothing had happened after 6 months (I was 35) I was able to print out and bring all my tracking into the OBGYNs office and determine we needed some additional help because we were doing everything right. So I had a hystopingogram and conceived my very next cycle. Without the apps info, who know how long or if we ever would have had our son. He will be seven in early spring. Thank you Fertility Friend!

I downloaded four apps when I started tracking my BBT. I quickly wrote this one off because it appeared to mimic early 00s software design (i.e. small print, not aesthetically please, etc.). I initially preferred the others because they were easier to navigate and use. A full cycle later I realized that I was wrong. After signing up for the VIP membership I gained access to a host of personalized analyses and a wealth of information. Unlike scrolling through pages of information that is geared toward the general public, this apps gives you useful (& accurate) information based on the data you input. I’ve since deleted the other, prettier apps and stick with FF. 5 stars

I have been using Fertility Friend for several years to track my periods. I recommend it to friends all of the time! It’s free and easy to use. It’s helped me keep a good record of my health and best of all: I’m better prepared for my period because I know when it’s coming without doing calculations or looking over my calendar.

Every person who menstruates should keep a record of their period - it’s the fifth vital sign! I also like that I know when I’m ovulating or PMSing (and why I may be acting a certain way thanks to hormones).

I admit that I haven’t used to help become pregnant but if that were to ever be a choice for me, I’d definitely start with FertilityFriendFFApp.

I’ve tried other apps including Glow, period tracker etc. I even spent $200 for the Ava bracelet and none of those stack up to Fertility Friend. I have longer cycles and my ovulation date is on day 22 rather than day 14 like the other apps tell me. FF is the only app that really makes you understand what is going on with your body, when you truly ovulate and has extra features like when your possible delivery date would be if you conceived this cycle, tells you when a good date would be to take a pregnancy test or even allows you to put secondary signs in to help predict if it shows early signs of pregnancy. It’s the only app I will recommend for women wanting to get pregnant or accurately track their cycles/ovulation.

I began using FertilityFriendFFApp in 2014 after we had failed to get pregnant despite TTC for a whole year. Through charting and tracking, I was able to conceive our son within 6 months of using FertilityFriendFFApp. So when we began TTC again this year, I knew which app to use to track and chart. I had been using FertilityFriendFFApp since our first child to track my cycles, but once again it helped organize all of the data I was collecting into one simple to use app. This time, it took us only 3 months to conceive. The VIP plan is well worth it and you can put a hold on your remaining VIP days if you get pregnant and save them for later when you’re ready to try again

Using FertilityFriendFFApp was really easy, clear, helpful, and informative. When I started my tracking I was using five different apps and eventually deleted all but this one. The predictions are accurate. Inputting data is super easy. Suggested symptoms were really helpful. I love the graphs.

The only downside is when I started using FertilityFriendFFApp there were so many features available and eventually they started a vip membership that cost extra and made those features only accessible to vip members.
So it was a little frustrating to have open access to everything my first few months when I was mostly just learning and then not have them when I was actually trying to get pregnant, and didn’t want to pay extra.

I’ve been using FF to track my cycles since 2009, didn’t track faithfully due til 2012, but it’s been a great learning tool so far. We conceived our miracle baby in September 2016 after battling infertility for nine years, we were told IVF was our only option, and lost hope it would ever happen naturally. But, by Gods grace we were pregnant! Naturally! Unfortunately our baby didn’t stick, but we know I can get pregnant.

Using FertilityFriendFFApp has given me more knowledge on charting, what my body does from month to month, and gives me a decent fertile week range where we can time things just right...all though we have yet to get pregnant again, I continue tracking every cycle just because it’s fun and has become a habit :) I recommend is app regularly to my Facebook group...cannot recommend it enough

We’ve been TTC for a year now, and I have been diligently tracking my cycles in 6 (!) apps (I only used 3 apps the first 6 months and then added Fertility Friend plus 2 others). I’ve tried every ovulation/cycle tracker app in FertilityFriendFFApp Store, so I’ve done my research.

OvaGraph was generally my favorite BBT app, but I have to admit that Fertility Friend has been the most consistently accurate when it comes to detecting my ovulation. More than any other app, FF seems to actually ‘listen’ to the information I log each day and never fails to match up with what I believe my body is saying (as opposed to other apps that are generally accurate but not precise). My only ‘complaint’ would be that it’s not as ‘pretty’ or modern as other apps, but at the end of the day, it’s certainly the most precise - and that’s what matters.

FertilityFriendFFApp is so in depth with tracking women’s cycles. And it is ever evolving to becoming better and more user friendly. If you reach out to the developers on any social media, they are super friendly and quick to help with/fix anything. Whether you are trying to conceive or avoid, this help will give you comprehensive charts and analysis as you input your data. You will learn so much of your body. If you are trying for a baby, I would highly recommend upgrading to a VIP membership, as the range of analysis at your fingertips is so useful. If you have read the book “Taking Charge of Your Fertility” by Toni Weschler, then know FertilityFriendFFApp is how to track all and more of what she suggests to do. Both the book and FertilityFriendFFApp are essential. I would have gone crazy without FertilityFriendFFApp.

The BEST app for TTC. If you do any online research regarding charts, temping, or tracking, you’re going to come across something from FF, whether it be advice, discussions, or someone else’s charts they have shared. A great user interface & a great app all around. I’ve had it for a couple of years now. Used it for TTC and also just to track my cycle. Very dependable, I’ve had several different phones & not a bit of data has been lost. It takes everything you input & actually uses it to calculate future cycles, rather than just keeping a record of it like some other apps. Also easy to view all of your information when you log in on the web. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Don’t even consider the other period or fertility apps - just go for this one! I tried others first because Fertility Friend looked intimidating, but I came to find out that none came close to it in terms of accuracy or features. It’s not as pretty looking as some of the other apps, but it is miles ahead of them in terms of features and accuracy. I don’t mind paying more for the VIP features because it provides so much more information and can always be paused if you get pregnant before your subscription is up. Don’t hesitate, just download.

Thanks to charting! Comparing charts is huge for me and I really appreciate and love the new features being added all the time. The Line Reader was seriously helpful with the faint BFPs, and having the other hpt photos from the gallery was great. It takes a little bit to figure out navigation and the overall look is a little old-school, but WOW the analysis, tips, and chart searching features are really incredible and worth the premium price in my opinion. If you like statistics and analysis and deep filtering/searching capabilities, definitely consider FertilityFriendFFApp—even in conjunction with another app!

Been using it since 2008, and have no complaints. I stopped taking BC in 2003, and went all natural using "Billings Method". Before Fertility Friend, I had to manually mark dates in a calendar, with no way of tracking patterns or creating charts on my cycle. Plus, FF "sync" feature saved me big time when I had to restore my iPhone, which wipes out any third-party app data. I simply imported my data back to my phone after restore. Other app companies should take notes on FF sync feature. I would suggest a field to track "issues" during pregnancy.
