Great until you try to cancel

I love this app until I tried to cancel the subscription. I followed the instructions on the app but when looking into my ISO, this app is not listed. So I contacted Apple & they instructed that I needed to contact Femia consumer service, which I did, 5 times. I only get auto generated AI replies that say the same thing over and over again. Or it instructs me to go to the website, which only allows you to take a quiz, there are no other options. So as long as you never want to cancel, this app is worth it.
Don’t Buy This! Bad Customer Service

The app is not what I wanted and I’ve been contacting customer service for 3 or so days to cancel and get a refund and all I get is automated responses and it’s not showing up under Apple to be able to cancel and request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!
Can’t cancel subscription

I paid for a subscription and wanted to cancel but there’s no way to cancel because it doesn’t show up as a subscription since I paid with my credit card and not through App Store.
