I used my uber procard at two different circle k gas stations the feb 19th @615 university does have updated diesel fuel pumps so i had to pay inside And i would like to know if i could get my account credited back the 2% fod blue and one of my four $0.20 cash back to my uber card? My card app has been compromised. Daily earnings are gone and app won’t let me in. Checked my account when I got home and I ended up having to reset my password. I’m on a continuous loop and can’t get into my card account again. Saw just enough to know I owe money for today. Received invite on 12/2 and didn’t apply right away. Now I’m trying to apply on 12/23 through Uber driver app Wallet Payment methods and I hit the apply button and it won’t let me apply..button shows the difference in shade but won’t let me enter to apply.

Inferior to all other cards/banks

Apart from the typical issues associated with prepaid work cards (like no physical locations or free cash deposit options) this card is so far inferior to the previous Uber card as well as every other card I’ve ever used. On multiple occasions, I’ve had $150 holds on my account that lasted for days. This occurred at gas stations I’ve used my entire life and never seen with any other type of card. Furthermore, their “cash back rewards” seems to only be applicable at certain places, rather than actually deposited onto your account, and it’s not clear initially how to utilize these rewards. The card seems to have problems linking with certain cash transfer services like Apple Pay, so all the Apple Cash I have must stay on my Apple Cash Card. Lastly, the $150 backup balance holds all future Uber payments until completely repaid, which seems very inconvenient. If you are late on a big bill and borrow $150 to pay it, then you should hope that you have enough gas and food to last you until you get another $150 in deposits to make up for the backup balance withdrawal. Overall, needs a lot of improvement and seems to be more additional fees and roadblocks than any card I’ve ever used

Customer service non existent!

Renting a Tesla through Uber via hertz. I used the Uber Pro Card to pay for the rental, initial payment and deposit plus 3 week extensions for which they took money out each week. Closed out the rental and wrote up a new contract. Not only did they take out the new initial payment and deposit, but in addition the price of the whole previous month of rental even though I had already paid more than the what was owed. This left me with a negative balance of over $2000. Multiple attempts to contact support were made and was told it would be escalated to next level of support because the payments I previously made were on hold and can take up to 30 days to clear. Days later I’m still waiting for my money. Never had this issue with my previous bank as I’ve been renting same car for 3 months and this was the first using Uber pro card. Don’t know how they expect an Uber driver to have an extra 2 grand sitting around in order to rent a car through Uber using their branded cash card.

Instant pay hasn’t worked for me and support team unable to assist to fix the problem

This card does not work as advertised. I received my card and switched to instant pay on the app. I have yet to receive my money to the card. I reached out to support team several times over the last 2 days and they all say that’s not my dept or they send me info that doesn’t even pertain to my problem. The support team has been unable to assist so I’m going back to my previous payment method even though it costs me extra, at least I can have access to my money since nobody can help get my problem. The support team says that instant pay can take up to 24-48 hours how can someone call that instant. Instant to me means within minutes. I guess that’s where the confusion is, instant to Uber is 24-48 hours and I highly disagree with that statement. It’s just not worth the headache. I’ll pay extra to alleviate the headaches.
