How to fix Puff Up app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Puff Up app on iPhone
Update Puff Up app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Puff Up iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Puff Up on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Puff Up network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Puff Up Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Puff Up not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Puff Up App
1. On android, goto Settings » Puff Up » click [Force Stop]

Update Puff Up to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Puff Up App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Puff Up » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Puff Up.

Fix Puff Up unable to contact server/ Puff Up internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Puff Up » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Puff Up » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
