I will contact my bank for claim dispute if I don't get a response by Friday, November 3, 2023.

I ordered shoes 5 days ago. A couple days afterwards they raised the price an additional $70 for my size. Today they send me an email saying they’re cancelling for a lack of stock even though they’re still available (at nearly double the higher price. I know this because I was going to order another repair if the price went down. Instead they lie to me and lose a future customer). This is how you lose customers when you cancel orders and then try to gouge them. These aren’t not fancy shoes (I originally got them directly at Puma for $25). Their customer service takes foreverrrr to respond which is nuts for a company up charging products at such high prices.

I ordered shoes from here over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t shipped yet. Order just pending??? Sent 2 emails and waited the recommended time but still no response! Let my lesson learning experience be yours and do not waste your time or energy ordering from this app or site! Scam!! Next step is disputing it with my bank to get my money back!

This place charges you for your order even when they cancel it and takes a while to refund you. I had to call my bank about it. Don’t buy from them
