I am very disappointed in this company. I never received my shoes due to it was sent to the wrong address. You can not speak with anyone to get information from or how to get your items. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

How can I speak to a live person ???? I would like to exchange the size of the shoes I've purchase !! I've followed the process of sending a message for someone to contact me but never received a response. The phone number provided on line does not work !!! This is bad business !!! I will never purchase from KICKS CREW AGAIN !!! and I definitely will not refer anyone to do so !!!!!!!!!! Reading the reviews this company is Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should of read the reviews before I made a purchase !!!! Lesson Learned !!!!

I want to speak to someone in person regarding my order, no one in email is giving me any clear information on my order. I do not expect it to take months for an order to arrive. Your emails say the same thing 5 to 10 working day's!!!! FOR WHAT??? It's been almost a Month Very unsatisfied with how this business is ran!

Please call FedEx and give them my delivery address. On hold at oklahoma city facility. FedEx says shipper (you) has to give new delivery address, which is 7985 E 122nd Rd, Wetumka, ok. I can pick up if you give them delivery address.

They have very poor customer service. I ordered a pair of sneakers for Christmas. I placed the order on Dec. 9th to be exact and I have not heard or seen anything from them. I will never order a damn thing from them again. I want to know where my shoes are or where is my money!!

My daughter ordered a pair of Jordan's and because she didn't put the apartment number on the shipping they are stuck at a facility and kickcrew aren't trying to help neither do I see a working number...I do not recommend ordering from this site.

This company is ridiculous. Trying to return a pair of cleats and get a different size. They won't provide me a return label. I have sent them several pictures of the cleats that they requested. Now they want me to get a UV light and take a pic of the insole of the shoe looking for a chinese character that will only show using a UV light! So ridiculous!! Who even has a blue light hanging around the house!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S THE END OF IT!!

Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to reach this company for days. I ordered a size 9 1/2 and they sent a 10 1/2. I literally contacted as soon as I placed the order and now they’re being shipped to the facility. I have tried every which way to contact this company and nobody is getting back to me! I do not recommend kickscrew! I paid $110 for these sneakers and now I’m probably gonna be stuck with them!
