I had ordered shoes from them on june 7. It has been 3 months, no status update. And i have been contacting them nonstop for two months, customer service is trash and they keep repeating themselves (also a lot of spelling errors which is suspicious) I told them based on their policy I am liable for a refund as the order has not even been shipped yet for the past 3 months. They keep brushing me off and saying the same thing. Terrible service, terrible app, terrible shoes, dumb prices. And extremely sketchy. They have a whole set of rules that they themselves dont abide by. Shame on them.

This application, although they look really good and legit, is not. The positive reviews are all fake looking or are written by people who are oblivious to the fact that this is a company selling fake shoes for prices that just nearly match the real shoes. I wasted 800$ on this crap and used one of their great “Influencer Codes” I hope you don’t make the same mistake, The replys to all the reviews just show this is a hot headed illegitimate sneaker retailer claiming to be authentic, save yourself from this money pit and crap experience and don’t buy anything from these scammers.

I got the triple white yeezy and I am still not sure if the shoes legit or not, everything looks good except the front of the shoes tends to a little yellow. Beside if the shoes legit or not, I have had the worst experience with the customer service due their late answers and rude way of talking. I felt unwelcome to purchase from this app. And my shoes took a complete month to arrive.
Plus, I have asked the customer service on adidas app about kingkicks and the agent responded by not knowing them at all.

I was talking on dm with them about cancelling one of my shoes that I ordered, and he said: no you can’t it shipped, then I said why? , he said : “WHAT WHY??” He was talking to me rudely and I felt uncomfortable about this website.
