I had ordered shoes from them on june 7. It has been 3 months, no status update. And i have been contacting them nonstop for two... Show more months, customer service is trash and they keep repeating themselves (also a lot of spelling errors which is suspicious) I told them based on their policy I am liable for a refund as the order has not even been shipped yet for the past 3 months. They keep brushing me off and saying the same thing. Terrible service, terrible app, terrible shoes, dumb prices. And extremely sketchy. They have a whole set of rules that they themselves dont abide by. Shame on them.
