I had 4 orders of the chew edibles and the employees are either not counting correctly or they are pocketing the candy. Each order of edibles should come 20 per container. One had 18. Another had 15, and I haven’t opened the other 2 yet. There’s no way you can miscount by 5. Whenever I enter now I will ask for them to be counted in front of me. It’s ridiculous, people pay that much and employees don’t take their job seriously at all.

Not sure the point of SurterraWellnessLoyalty. It tracks your location even when you’re not using SurterraWellnessLoyalty which drains your battery, not sure why they do this. The “shop” feature is just the new website framed pop-up in SurterraWellnessLoyalty , which causes scrolling problems, doesn’t remember items in your basket if you exit out, etc. As of right now until they make SurterraWellnessLoyalty more useful than just the website and update their constant location tracking, it’s not worth it.

Lots of issues to begin with, and now it will not open. I’ll do my business with Surterra face to face or via their website.

SurterraWellnessLoyalty does not link my rewards points even though I’m signed into the right account. I got an email that I had 84 rewards points after my first order, but they don’t show up in SurterraWellnessLoyalty and neither does my order history. And every time I log into SurterraWellnessLoyalty my profile has been wiped clean so I have to put in my information again. And pretty much the entire app isn’t really even functional, you have to go to the website for everything.

Was told to download new app for a $90 coupon and to start collecting points which both I didn’t receive. I didn’t receive coupon after downloading and didn’t receive points after my purchases. Do waste your time NOTHING WORKS

Great dispensary; awful app

SurterraWellnessLoyalty says not able to be used in non legal jurisdictions but I wouldn’t be trying to ship if I wasn’t in a legal jurisdiction as you don’t serve jurisdictions where it is illegal.

Drains your battery even when you're not using it. Created issues with my surterra account so my preorders are never ready. Love surterra, hate their app.

App tells me I can’t shop because I don’t live in a area that allows dispensaries. I live a few miles from the Surterra store. So weird.

Just shop in the store. It’s better than SurterraWellnessLoyalty that constantly crashes and signs you out so you have to redo your cart.

I wish someone at Surtera will improve SurterraWellnessLoyalty , it’s useless the it is now.

SurterraWellnessLoyalty doesn’t let me even log in the keyboard has no way to be removed after you put in the security code so you’re unable to click verify so pretty useless.

SurterraWellnessLoyalty is always down and does not give you accurate information. Your points are totally off and the links for discounts are conveniently not working 99% of the time! Fix it!!!

So I downloaded SurterraWellnessLoyalty went through the process of registering then of course comes the 2 factor. They send the code iOS copied it perfect pasted it in and there is no way to drop the keypad so you can hit verify. Maybe I’ll try on my iPad later.

I open SurterraWellnessLoyalty to make an order.

It doesn’t have my login/pw so I enter it.

SurterraWellnessLoyalty sends me to the website where I make the order. Why can’t i order through SurterraWellnessLoyalty ?

Because it’s useless.

SurterraWellnessLoyalty doesn’t tell me how much of the 35 day 2.5oz prescription I have left, or which products are out of stock.

So i make an order and show up to the dispensary and they cant sell me anything - because although my MJ card is on file with them, there is no notice that the prescription expired three days prior.

It’s like a website patched together by kids for a science project in 1998. Which is a shame since the actual dispensary experience is pretty awesome.

you would think that with all the money they make they would have an app that actually works. Why put an app out there that you cannot shop on? It makes no sense to have an app when people have to go to Google to shop your products.

I love Surterra but this is the worst app ever!

App will not let me log in using google. It crashes a lot also

i had to talk to support chat THREE times to get signed up for the rewards. the first 2 times didn’t work. pls make it easier, or something i can do in store. it doesn’t need to be this hard. i almost stopped using this dispensary because i couldn’t get signed up for the points. they gave me points for all of my past purchases, so that is very much appreciated. the first person i talked to said i couldn’t.
