hi there , i have just looked at my bank account any auto took $29.00 out of my bank . I used your app last month and cancel it after i do not know why it auto took money out of my bank account. please could i have my money back please . Regards Brigitte Laubscher
I started the trial period and purchased the subscription. After not being able to use it I would like a refund. I only get error messages.
App comes up but replies as “failed” every time I click “continue” to use the app. I’m in the free trial mode and happy to pay for it “IF” it will work.
I would love the program if it was dependable. Cannot keep internet connection .. the input on my plants is not accurate. I want the program to workout.
On the opening screen, the only option is to click for a free trial. After clicking, I am in informed that I am already subscribed: after clicking ‘ok’ I am taken back to the opening screen again and just go around in circles. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

Plant Parent keeps crashing. Hasn’t worked properly for a few months now. I can’t get it to open for longer than two seconds!! Help please
My watering schedule is not correct. How do I fix that so my reminders are accurate. My plant settings say that it recommends every 4 days, but my reminders are for every 18 day.
I have tried and tried to cancel my subscription within the one week free trial period. It has been a huge waste of my time. Pls cancel it NOW! And confirm that you have done so
