When I want to add a photo in SnapEdit on my iPhone, before today, it would take me to my library and show me the latest photos in my library. Now, it shows me my photos (not all of them) in completely random order! That makes it totally unusable as most people want to edit the last photos they took. How can I fix this? I love the app but can not use it with this current issue.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SnapEdit app issues:

Force Stop the SnapEdit App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SnapEdit app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SnapEdit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapEdit App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SnapEdit app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SnapEdit.

Fix SnapEdit unable to contact server/ SnapEdit internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SnapEdit » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SnapEdit » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
