AI art does not recognize any photos

When I want to add a photo in SnapEdit on my iPhone, before today, it would take me to my library and show me the latest photos in my library. Now, it shows me my photos (not all of them) in completely random order! That makes it totally unusable as most people want to edit the last photos they took. How can I fix this? I love the app but can not use it with this current issue.

How to fix SnapEdit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SnapEdit app on iPhone
Update SnapEdit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnapEdit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnapEdit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnapEdit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SnapEdit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SnapEdit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SnapEdit App
1. On android, goto Settings » SnapEdit » click [Force Stop]

Update SnapEdit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapEdit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SnapEdit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SnapEdit.

Fix SnapEdit unable to contact server/ SnapEdit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SnapEdit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SnapEdit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapEdit
