I usually never leave reviews but I had to when I purchased the subscription which was $15 and I didn't get any of it! And its not on a problem on my end because its literally in my settings that I have an active subscription for SimplifiedAI but when I go on SimplifiedAI it doesn’t let me use any of the features and still asks me if I wanna “upgrade” more like DOWNGRADE because now Im down $15. Even better that I read the refund policy and they don't offer refunds, it says “cancel or pause if your not satisfied” hey maybe I would be satisfied if I got ANYTHING. I had high hopes because I've seen what SimplifiedAI can do and wanted to use it but instead got scammed.
1. Subscription for monthly “full access” is not full access. After activating a monthly subscription when you try to add assets, it takes you to the annual pass subscription page. 2. Search fields in support pages don't work at all. Your only option is to manually sift through topics and articles, one by one, in the hopes of finding support for your issue. 3. They now have your money and you have an unusable app.
I don’t even know where to start. Trying to use this on your phone is the worst idea possible. From picking a visual and it not showing up all the way to duplicating a visual and it coming up as an empty box. This is by far the most frustrating app anyone could ask for. I do not recommend and a complete waste of anyone’s time. If you value your time like I do, DO NOT use SimplifiedAI.
Can’t even use it because it spams pop up ads. I wish I could give it lower than 1 star. Whatever you do don’t waste the download, don’t waste the confirmation email. I’m going to unsubscribe now.
I paid for the yearly subscription of $108 but when I go to use it continues to ask ti pay for subscription. Ridiculous!

SimplifiedAI did not work for me after getting a subscription
like someone else said recently SimplifiedAI doesn’t work anymore.
some of the ai writing things it offers straight up don’t work on my phone. like the templates options. the space for outputs shows up and that’s it.
Our team was using multiple sites / apps to for design, video , copy and social media. Simplified helped us do everything with one app while saving money.
SimplifiedAI has been improved however the user experience is much better on the desktop.
So many amazing tools in one place. User friendly and simple to use. Thanks!
