DSD link review

DSD link is one of the worst apps I use. It is impossible to find product or if I can find the product, I can’t locate the correct package. Information is always out of date or not applicable. Notifications are inaccurate. Orders that are not “routed” disappear into the either. Eagle Rock reps have no visibility into orders and when ever there is a problem, I have to provide them with the order I placed again because they can’t “see” the order. They always have to contact the warehouse just to figure out what I ordered. It is rediculous. I can not stand DSD link.
Not as good as your other app

The system is riddled with bugs and doesn't update properly. It won't let me remove products ordered for specific events or substitutes for out-of-stock items. It also retains products that haven't been ordered in six months. The sales volume filters are completely inaccurate. The situation worsens with each use, and it won't let me remove items from the order guide that I haven't sold in over a year. Please fix it.

I have to use this app to order product. It’s always been dog poo. Now it takes me to the review page after submitting an order. So here’s my review: This was written by people who warehouse. It feels like an inventory app that they quickly converted into a customer ordering app. Extra steps. Extra pages. Everything takes 3-5 clicks to add products. Like sometimes I want to spend money but get annoyed at how difficult it is to spend money. So I rush out.
