Vestire Reviews

So Vestire looks great! I was really excited when I found it but I can’t get it to work. If someone knows what I’m doing wrong help! Here’s what I did. I went into to procreate, made a canvas with the image, added a layer and drew a top, removed the background then exported as png and tried to put it in Vestire but it never works! I’m going to keep trying but idk I might have to delete it I’ll add another review if I figure it out! Sorry this is so long!

I haven’t seen a game with a concept like this before and I absolutely love that. Vestire allows so much creativity, and the way it’s set up is very pretty and easy to navigate. I personally love how it makes you draw your own clothes— it’s a game by an artist, for artists!! Vestire has potential to be so big and i’m ready for it. The only thing I can critique at the moment is 1. It should include in the directions exactly how a drawing needs to be exported into Vestire , because I had trouble getting a transparent background until I realized it had to be saved as a PNG. And 2. There’s sometimes a minor bug where the thumbnail of all my tops, for example, look the same. It’s easily fixed by closing out of Vestire and going back in, but I was confused at first. Sorry this review is so lengthy, I just really enjoy Vestire and I want the best for it!! Sending love to the creator <33

I love Vestire!! Once you get a gist of how it works, drawing your clothing pieces and expanding your virtual closet is so useful, fun, and therapeutic! I always leave a mess in my room trying to pull outfits together/ experiment and this makes getting ready so much more fun! You can also experiment with clothing you are considering to purchase to see if long term it matches other pieces!! I love this! I love the creator! A mega talented college student, sweetheart, and absolute fashion icon!!

I’ve always wanted something like this, and now that I’ve found it, it’s even better than I imagined. The only thing I’d like to see is maybe a function to tuck clothing? Because right now you have to draw two functions for one piece. And I’d also suggest socks and undershirts get their own layer as well. But other than that, coolest app I have, crazy that it’s completely free. I love out my Clueless dreams every day.

cute concept, but needs more avatar features. theres no option for freckles, or eye colors, or light brown hair or light ginger hair. im stuck with hair that doesnt look like mine and isnt even my color. :( gonna have to make my hair an item or something. + it makes me taller than I am hahah. I do really appreciate the chubby body type options though

I saw Vestire on tiktok for the first time and definitely wanted it asap!! it works amazing however it was a bit hard to figure out how to import the drawings from procreate to Vestire but once i figured it out i was so excited! this will definitely be a time saver in the morning as i am a person who spends 90% of my time getting ready on picking an outfit !

Great so far!! I’m looking forward to future updates. I personally like drawing so it’s not much of a hindrance, but maybe in a future update you could add clothing templates or a feature that “cartoonizes” photos of your clothing.

I rlly enjoy Vestire and i think it’s a great idea however i think that u should maybe make a drawing template on Vestire so users don’t have to export it to a different app if they don’t want too. Also i am not that good at drawing so maybe a outline or template for clothes for example a template of a shirt u can use too fill in so ppl who can draw very well don’t have to do too much.

I so happy someone finally came out with an app like this. I’ve tried so many other different type of “closet” apps and nothing compares to this one. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I just downloaded Vestire, and it’s so good so far. I’m so excited to make my own clothing with Vestire and if your confused the maker will post tutorials on her social medias. Been waiting for so long and am not disappointed so far :))

Vestire is so fun to creat your closest on. I’ve already made so many of my clothes. And listen to this there are no adds! I absolutely love Vestire! If your thinking about downloading it then do it!

I just downloaded this and I’ve been putting my wardrobe in and I’m literally obsessed. I saw it on Tik Tok and it looks just like it does in the vids. GET THIS NOWWW!!!

I love Vestire itself, but when I import the avatar into Procreate and then try to export the clothes back to Vestire the clothes are always offset somehow. I haven’t found a way to exactly fit the clothes to the avatar since there isn’t a resizing option and no way to know the size the avatar should be in procreate.

BUT I CANT SAVE MY DRAWS. PLEASE HELPPPPP

it’s a really well made game but i personally think that it would’ve been better if we didn’t have to draw our own things but i think it would be a great game other than that :)

Vestire is not worth it, for starters it’s not available on android. It also does not work. i have scrolled through the girl who created Vestire ’s tik tok looking for help and have found nothing. whenever i try and put on a shirt and pants to you know make an outfit which is the whole point, it does not work(layer). i did what she said would work as well. also drawing all your clothing just to have a virtual closet when u already have a real life closet is high key dumb.

Let me start by saying that i could not recommend Vestire enough.
I am a busy highschooler with a very often changing clothing style and Vestire has helped me save time, money, and stress more than anything else. I’ve always stressed about choosing my outfit before school in the morning and Vestire came to the rescue! Ive drawn most things in my wardrobe and it makes choosing an outfit so much easier.
Besides helping plan outfits it can also help you decide on clothes. Not sure if you wanna buy something? Try drawing it and seeing what you could pair it with that you already have!
The only thing i think could be added is more of an option to layer and control what’s going overtop of what, besides that i wouldn’t change a thing!
I genuinely mean it when i say Vestire has helped me tremendously, thank you.

I really love Vestire. You don’t have to pay for anything, there aren’t any adds, and for me it works really well. I do wish that I could shape the model to look more like my body because my body type isn’t like the ones provided. Also, it needs more templates. I think it’s really cool that it comes with some, but it needs more. Sure, it doesn’t take a lot of artistic ability to make the clothes, but I don’t want to draw my closet from scratch.
Anyways, away from the negatives, this is amazing. I use procreate and it works really well. I think it’s an easy app to use as long as you know how to use your drawing app. I like how you can add the brand and a name to the clothes, and the randomize button. Overall this is a great app with a great concept!

I’ve been wanting an app like this for a long time and now there’s finally an app I was so excited because I love the concept of Vestire and I love being able to draw my own clothing. I’m having an issue with it tho, when I save my drawing as a transparent png and upload it to Vestire it has a white background covering the model. At first I thought it was the photo I saved so I tried again and again and it still didn’t work. I even downloaded other drawing apps and redrew the drawing I had already drawn and exported it as a transparent png and then uploaded it to Vestire I had the same problem. I thought I was doing something wrong but when I upload the same photos to different apps, they’re transparent like I want them. Vestire for some reason won’t work for me. Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong, I want to use and enjoy Vestire so much.

the concept of Vestire is amazing, i also love the art style. i do wish there was more customization but that isn’t my biggest issue. the problem is when you upload the template it doesn’t put it in the right spot so when you upload your item to Vestire there a good chance it’s not the right size or in the right place. the first thing i made was a shirt and i spent like an hour trying different placements and adjusting the size on the template on procreate to try and get it to match up with Vestire and i finally got my shirt in the perfect spot so my avatar was actually wearing it. i assumed that since the template was now in the correct spot and correct size on procreate i could now just keep in there and draw whatever and it would match up with Vestire , i was wrong. next i made a pair of shoes and of course they didn’t match up with the avatar on Vestire . it’s ridiculous to expect someone to spend an hour trying to adjust wear their drawing sits on the photo to match up with Vestire for every piece of clothing. and also there was basically zero instructions on Vestire or on the creators tiktok about how to upload your drawings correctly. the only reason i figured it out was from reading other peoples reviews here. it’s a great concept but far from being user friendly and just usable in general.

I love dress up games, I think I really wanted to be a fashion designer when I was a little kid, and when I saw this game I knew I needed it. However, I only have a phone for right now, except for two outdated computers that don’t work. My dad has a tablet, but he uses it a lot. Do you know if there’s an app I could download on my iPhone so I can draw the clothes on my phone? I’m not really sure what kind of app I need and I already tested a few but I don’t have the money to keep them and their subscriptions. Some suggestions would be deeply appreciated, thank you for reading and Happy holidays.

It’s a really good app, I really enjoy the idea of and the execution is pretty good. I like the randomize feature on Vestire so I can see some new outfits I might now have thought of. I only have one issue with it and that is that I can’t move around the clothes when I’m trying to upload it to put on the model. Nothing gets lined up and it makes it a bit of a hassle to figure out getting everything aligned. I use procreate so it makes it a bit easier, but once I got the placement figured out, I could just draw over the model on procreate and then upload the clothing to Vestire

For someone who has a hard time deciding what to wear this is a must have! Only thing I’d like is an option for undergarments - I like to wear f!$hnets under my pants and some skirts so I’d just like the option for them to be UNDER my clothes. Not over :)
I think there also should be an option for bras and underwear too because sometimes I like them to show, depending on what outfit I wear.

The idea of this is wonderful I love it so much! But I have tried using ibis paint and procreate to customize the clothing but I can’t! I saved it into a png and made sure I did everything right, I really need Vestire and I just can’t figure out how to customize the clothing really frustrated but the Vestire idea it’s self is so cool and unique! ❤️

I wanted a game like this, so I downloaded Vestire and I was confused. You have to download the person , then make your own clothes and upload it? When I saw the decorations and the accessories on the pictures I thought , “ wow I like how you can make your own characters with the accessories they have .” This isn’t really made for me but this is my honest opinion !

Vestire is literally a concept I have always wanted for a closet organizer app and I’m so happy it’s real. One thing I hope can be added though is being able to choose what layer something is on so I can have some of my shirts “tucked in” to the bottoms!

Vestire is so cool, its a little work to set it up initially but i don’t mind.

but it would be nice if you could drag to reorder the layers so you can customize which items show up on top or underneath others. since you can’t do this, its hard to add items like tights under dresses or turtlenecks under tshirts.
i’d love to see this in the next update! i think it’d be an easy but greatly appreciated fix :)

I’ve been imagining something like this for so long I originally imagined it on paper 😭 this is amazing!! Thank you so much!! I rate it 4 stars because the layering aspect is a bit difficult to work with? I recommend maybe adding a socks/tights layer/section? I’ve tried to add some tights and it’s difficult to put them in between the pants and shoes if that makes sense? Thank you for reading and considering, I will still be using this regardless! <3

I love the concept of being able to design custom clothing! It’s very fun no ads and it’s easy. The only problem I had was that I didn’t know how to create but when I got the hang of it it was awesome to play.

First of all, I think I think it’s really cool someone made a dress-up type app with your clothing so you can mix and match outfits without spending so much time! However, there are some features that could really tie Vestire together:

• more customization / a custom template
A lot of people would love to see more body types and facial customization, but a really good solution to that would be to just allow users to upload their own bases! Especially since the users have to draw every item anyway.

• more specific subcategories
Things like color and clothing type (instead of just tops, have sections like long sleeve, straps, sleeveless, etc) would be very helpful for organizing.

• a community section
It would be awesome for users to share individual items they’ve made, as well as outfits.
