For a few weeks, I really enjoyed playing this game. I’d put money in and sometimes I would win, sometimes not. I put money in weekly. They were really good about payouts. It was never a huge amount but they held up their word. A little over a week ago, I deposited $10 with the $1 a day bonus cash. I won a little bit. I needed to get the money back (never been a problem before). Suddenly, I got a message saying identity verification failed contact customer service. It also won’t let me play any cash games. With bonus cash, my account is at $22 but I can’t play or withdraw. I’ve contacted customer service SO MANY times! I sent them screen shots account numbers email mailing address no response. I got a canned message at first but now silence. I hyped this game to friends and family honestly and totally enjoyed it. Now I feel like an idiot
I tried to get an answer for 3 WEEKS! Today, they blocked my account! They not only took the money I won, they took the money I paid and never got to play with!

Been playing a long time to save up for Christmas but if you don’t put in cash you can’t take out any, this is what they sent me…..
Bonus Funds. If you are a Cash Player, then you may be granted bonus funds and/or credits (“Bonus Funds”). Bonus Funds can be used to enter Cash Competitions, but cannot be withdrawn or used for any other Service. When you enter a Cash Competition, US $0.01 (one U.S. cent) of Bonus Funds will be used to enter the competition for every US $0.10 (ten U.S. cents) spent on the Cash Competition entry fee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, additional Bonus Funds will be used to enter Cash Competitions if Bonus Funds are the only currency available in your account. When you win a Cash Competition, any Bonus Funds that you have used to pay the entry fee will be returned to you and any additional winnings beyond your entry fee will be paid in U.S. Dollars. If you initiate a withdrawal of funds from your Account, you will forfeit all Bonus Funds currently in your Account. If you do not enter a Cash Competition within a continuous 60-day time period, all Bonus Funds in your account will be forfeited.

You guys should be getting papers soon. This is for all of your games. The fraudulent misleading ads, the clearly paid for reviews, taking $20 dollars out of my bank instead of the $5 I put in (other people fell for this too), who knows if y’all are still going to use my card in the future regardless of me deleting the app. I got a new card anyway, so good luck fellas. I never and neither has anyone else got their pay outs either, if this game is like this, your other games are like this too since they all look similar on the App Store. Good luck guys! Also, threatening to close someone’s account down for exposing you is also highly illegal. I’d be counting your days and hiding as much money as you can. You guys realize your HQ’s address is easy to find on Google right? Heads up, deleting this message will be adding to a long list of possible charges against you guys, because you are deleting a review trying to save people, which makes you look worse and makes me more likely to win. I totally forgot about asking for my ID too, that’s hella illegal if I don’t know what it’s being used for. Good job trying to steal cards and identities. It worked for a few seconds, now it’s over gang.
