Contact Crush Them All Support

I’m a two year vet of this game. It used to be the best game, but was recently sold to a new company. The new companies intentions are clear, they care only about money and never listen to the player base unless it will pass their wallets. CTA used to have a stable economy with a healthy progression ladder for competitive play, now it’s solely based around who has the biggest bank account and is willing to throw money away weekly to keep up with the constant changing leeching the player base. Most recently, 18 Nov 2021, management released that they would increase the current level cap to an 8th star. For those new to the game or considering, take this into account. I’ve spent over $5k in two years and just maxed out every element pool to 7 stars. That isn’t to say I’ve maxed characters though as now I still have to awaken all the toons to 7 pink stars. To compare, I currently only have five toons completely capped. This new change means that unless you are willing to give unfettered access to your bank accounts to the new management, you will never truly enjoy this game or be able to play competitively. If all you are looking for though is a click click click game with no intent of spending money it might still be fun, but I highly doubt it. Wish I could rate it zero stars at this point, such a waste for a game with so much potential.

A couple of years ago I got this game and it was super addictive. I had so many great characters and great artifacts but then everything changed, one update came out and I couldn’t even play this game anymore. It said my phone wasn’t compatible with the game anymore and just deleted it out of anger after giving the game a week or two to finally fix which of course it didn’t. After all this time I saw a ad about this game and decided to get it back to see if it finally was working again. It did work and I had my account and everything still (Ik my account was back because it gave me my offline income when I got on the game) but there was a major change to it. Literally every single one of my good heroes and artifacts are just completely gone. I had over 30 of the highest star rankings you could obtain and the highest star rankings for the artifacts. I was able to equip around 9-10 artifacts and over 7 heroes but now it’s limiting me to spend even more gems for space to equip my stuff when I’ve already done all of it a few years back. I’m honestly just so disappointed because of this. I was excited to finally get to play this game once again but now it’s just all a waste of time, I’ve wasted over 200+ hours in that game just for it to be gone. What a waste of time.

This game was amazing and had great promise but was sold to imperia online who literally cares nothing about their player base. Everything they do is a cash grab and every mistake they make comes with a middle finger to the player base. Recently they expanded hero medals from 7 to 8 star making everyone start over again so they could monetize the gain. During the process they send out 500 medals for having a maxed hero (as compensation for all the wasted medals you got when the hero was maxed), only they sent it out before the update an 90% of players got useless junk instead. Then they put up a Flooz sale for a good rate, left it up for an hour where only some players had access to the sale; brought down the sale and put it back up at more than twice the price. Basically they have a big unfair advantage to a small population of players with no word, no compensation and just a middle finger. Do not play this game, it’s a waste of your time and all they care about is sucking the players dry until they quit. It’s not worth your time and please don’t reward these developers who literally haven’t produced anything new other than “sales” in the almost year they have had the game.
